Villa in Chianti with private swimming pool and garden

urrounded by the beautiful Pratomagno countryside and the vineyards of Chianti, Villa Ubaldina is a large rural house located near Figline Valdarno, an ancient town situated in a strategic position close to Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

Fully restored with precious materials and attention to details, the villa boasts a covered loggiato at the entrance and a wooden garden, decorated with Mediterranean flowers, wraps around the house on three sides. A few steps from the villa, a large swimming pool gives peaceful moments of relax.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room decorated with traditional terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceiling. At the left, there is a bathroom with shower. Next to the living room, the dining room features an oval dining table; off to the left, there’s a well equipped kitchen with gas hobs, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. A door opens onto a gracious terrace with a second door that leads to the swimming pool.

The first floor gives access to 4 bedrooms; on the right side, the first bedroom is tastefully decorated with painted wooden furniture; it has a double bed and a double sofabed; a door leads into another bedroom with bathroom. The third bedroom has a bathroom with shower and boasts a panoramic terrace. The last room has two single beds and a little bed suitable for a child. The second floor has a nice little bedroom with a large wardrobe; on the opposite side there is a bathroom.

Outside, near the swimming pool, a circular loggia gives space to enjoy our villa even in the hottest days of the year. We also have a shaded private parking.
