Welcome to Little Sunshine!! This first tier 3,800 heated/cooled square foot, 3 story new construction Cape San Blas home has deeded beach access less than a five minute's walk away. The Retail Seafood Market and an ice cream shop are also just a short walk away. The home boasts 5 inviting bedrooms, including 4 king beds with on suite full baths and walk-in showers plus 2 bunk beds with 4 twin XL mattresses and a full bath including a tub/shower. There is one 1/2 bath located at the garage and pool level and one 1/2 bath located at the second floor adjacent to the second family room. Home is equipped with 2 washers and dryers, a spacious and well stocked kitchen that has 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators/freezers with ice/water dispensers, separate butler pantry, two car carport, two car garage with a 3rd refrigerator/freezer, residential elevator, 12x24' pool and an outdoor shower. Guests will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Enjoy the gorgeous oceanfront and bayside views while staying connected with WiFi and staying comfortable with all the amenities a luxury custom home has to offer. Experience the magic of Cape San Blas in a brand new beach house in a prime location.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beach house! Everything was absolutely perfect—from the beautiful views to the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We made the best memories here and can’t wait to come back!

This beach house had it all and then some! The view from the porches was amazing and the pool was just perfect for the 10 of us! The beaches were amazing and all the shells!! The house had everything we needed for cooking and eating in! This house has 3 fridges…yes I said 3! This was great for 10 people! Also, the pantry space was fantastic! The little breakfast/coffee/ice cream stand around the corner was a nice treat and you could walk to it! Easy access to the beach too! Plenty of covered parking and garage parking for our 4 vehicles! My parents loved the elevator so they didn’t have to take the stairs each day! We will be back for sure!

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this property. It has everything you could possibly need for an amazing beach vacation. Spotlessly clean and well stocked everywhere you look. House layout and decorating is perfect. Having a heated pool is definitely a plus even in June, as the pool can cool off after a rain. The whole family loved this house! As a matter of fact I've already booked 2 weeks for next summer... and would have done longer but it was already booked... until next year Little Sunshine!

We had such a great time! The house was immaculate and communication was very quick when we did have a question. Layout was perfect for our large family giving each adult/couple their own master, and the kids loved their bunks. We paid for the heated pool and it kept it warm and comfortable for the kids since the ocean was too cold. Kitchen was well stocked. We never ran out of silverware between dishwasher loads! We cooked a lot during the week and always had what we needed. Soaps, shampoos, dish and laundry detergents, along with other necessities were provided which is not usually the case with vrbos. The two sets of washers and dryers and three refrigerators were amazing to have!We definitely recommend this place and hope to return soon! Sunset views from the front porch were amazing!

It’s was spectacular! They need to add more photos from the living room to the ocean! We saw dolphins, the beach was always empty and clean and there were sea shells! It was close enough to some stores and the were good! There’s an awesome place to eat and dessert and listen to live musics at the end of the island!! Sun sets were epic and the house was better than perfect! It was epic!

Little Sunshine was far and away the best beach house we have ever stayed at. We had the best week here making memories. The house was extremely spacious, and we were able to spread out and comfortably sleep 12. The house was immaculate and very well stocked. No detail was overlooked. Beach access was very easy and convenient. The pool was also a hit with the kids. Having 3 fridge/freezers and a Blackstone was great because we cooked just about every meal we had for the week. The two sets of washers and dryers was also a huge plus. The host was also very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will certainly be back! 10 out of 10!
