Gentle slope to the private deep water boat dock with jet ski ramp in quiet cove off main Kerr Lake. Playset and grass to play on with lots of indoor and outdoor games. Two story home with 9 beds that sleep up to 12.

Incredibly well equipped for a three-year-old and a 10 month old. Absolutely everything we needed! Kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Able to bring our son’s dog and she had a GREAT time! Huge beautiful house. Can’t say enough about it!

Our stay at Quiet Family Lakefront Getaway was my first Vrbo rental and it was great. The Home is very spacious and comfortable. There was fishing from the dock, playing corn hole, ping pong and evening boat rides. The best part for me was the fantastic sun room where I did a lot of reading. My family kept saying when are we doing this again? This property is perfect for a family!

Fun getaway

We had a great time at the house it was clean and the family spaces were great for our needs. The view was awesome and the settung was peaceful. The house had lots of ammenities that made our trip enjoyable

Quiet place

There are deer everywhere which was cool to see. There is Not much around for teens to do but we still enjoyed our stay. The owners have all kinds of games and things that helped our kids entertain themselves.

Lovely Getaway on the Lake

This was a lovely spot to get away from it all. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, right on the lake, and offers a lot of privacy. There are many amenities and little touches that make the stay very comfortable and provide entertainment. The kids especially enjoyed the game room each night, and we appreciated the relaxing sunroom after dinner. We look forward to a return visit!

It would have been useful if the listing had mentioned that they only provided two trash bags, limited toilet paper and you have to dispose of your trash yourself since there's no trash pick up. We would have rented anyway but would have arrived better prepared. Mildly annoying.

Great family space

We all had plenty of room, the house had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation whether indoors or outdoors. Although we didnt have little ones durimg this stay, Christina has provided lots of things for little ones to keep busy with. The canoe was utilized often by the young adults and they loved the fishing!

This property is an awesome lake vacation spot. The owners were great and the house was very clean upon arrival. They had a welcome basket with marshmallows and a bottle of wine waiting for us and they were easy to communicate with while we were there. The house is fully furnished for all your needs. It rained several days while we were there so having the pool/ping pong table was a plus! The dock was great! We brought our own ski boat and we rented a pontoon while we were there. All very easy to tie up to. The trail down to the dock is a peaceful walk through the woods but would be a little difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Thankfully, the owners allowed us to bring our golf cart with us which made trips down to the water easy. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a lake getaway.

Family vacation

Loved the house. Very spacious. Everything we needed plus more. Minor issue first day, but owners handled immediately. King beds were so comfortable. Thank you for the wagon in the garage, it helped with taking our cooler and gear to the dock. My family loved everything about the house. Will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Fishing weekend

The property was ok for the fishing trip. We were only there in the evenings. The pictures online make it look like you can easily pull trailers through which was not exactly the case. We made it work. The house was nice. A lot of things to do. Having a pool table was a nice touch. Nice kitchen and common living area. Nice quiet cove on the lake.So you’re probably wondering why the 3 stars if everything was pretty good. The beds were terrible. Probably some of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on in a while. The other thing I found odd is the beds weren’t made when we got there. We had to find tubs that had the linens inside and make our own beds. I also don’t think I’ve ever been to a rental (on any rental platform) where the bed wasn’t made when I got there. I think if they change those two things this is a 5 star all day long. But 3 stars because all of us have to go see the chiropractor when we get home

Enjoyed our stay. Two small issues.

The idea of using a gas grill on an enclosed porch is pretty whacky. It might have worked if the exhaust fan was about 5 times more powerful. I think the blower is likely affected by grease buildup. Anyway, I do not recommend using it. Cough cough. The other whacky thing is the thermostat. It is an "intelligent" one that observes your usage and tries to set new temperatures based on past patterns. With different people staying there every week, the poor thermostat is having a nervous breakdown and randomly changes the temperature between 68 and 77 degrees at various times. A simpler thermostat would be a whole lot better. But everything else was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing host & beautiful property!

Lloyd was an amazing host! Made sure we had absolutely everything we needed for our 8 day stay. There were more than enough towels & linen for our group & even left us a welcome gift of s’mores to enjoy down at the campfire! The home itself is absolutely gorgeous & the perfect getaway for friends & family to enjoy! The house was completely childproof & came with plenty of toys for the children to play with. Lloyd made us feel very welcome & right at home during our stay checking in from time to time to see if there was anything we needed or had any questions. With out a doubt, we will definitely plan another trip to stay here! 10/10 perfect stay!

Nice location for a week at the lake

This is a repeat visit for us, and we still really enjoyed the time at Kerr Lake. The location is ideal for us for boating, skiing and swimming off the dock. Highly recommend!

Relaxing

The property was wonderful. Just as described, however there is nothing to do. Neighboring towns are pretty poverty stricken and deserted, other than residents and aren't exactly the safest. Wish I'd have known that. It was extremely boring, but restful. Boys enjoyed fishing though.

Nice stay in Kerr Lakr

Newly renovated and modern amenities. Great boat and swimming dock at the end of the cove. Our kids loved the litte playground in the back that had great shade in the afternoon. Lloyd was very responsive with communications. We'd definitely stay here again.

Peaceful stay at Kerr Lake

This house was in a great location for boating and we enjoyed swimming off the dock. The only negative was the internet provider having technical problems that week, but the owner called them and it was eventually fixed. We would definitely return to the house again next summer.

Fantastic week on the lake!

My family and a friend's family made ourselves at home here for the week. We enjoyed all the lake had to offer and the comfort of this wonderful home. The owners were very responsive, informative and kindly gifted us with treats for smores so the fire pit was a bonus. The kids enjoyed bunking up together as much as they did the swing set and ping pong table. Having the home child proofed was a nice touch especially having a toddler. The only small negative was the walk to the dock (because kids) BUT we brought a utility wagon (also one at the house) and the path to it was a fun adventure for the kids each time. We even brought fishing pills and caught a few down by the dock. It was nice to have all the same amenities of home while away. The weather was excellent and we explored lots on the lake. We even took the boat to Clarksville for lunch on our last day. Great getaway all around!

Awesome Stay at Lake Kerr thanks to our home accommodations where the owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. Thank you So much. We have never been to Lake Kerr area and because of the Millers it didn't matter. There home took care of us.

Awesome vacation spot for family

This house had everything we needed for a vacation. Indoor games For every age level, outside toys, kayak, access to the lake. We spent a lot of time on the lovely screen porch grilling, playing games and just spending time with family. Wonderful spot that we would love to come back to
