Villa Familia - Your Home Away from Home
Villa Familia is the perfect place to vacation with the whole family or a group of close friends. Close to both Playa Alicia and Playa Sosua yet away from the bustle after a fun filled day in town or at the beach. Private pool, three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a fully equipped kitchen make Villa Familia home away from home.
We are superhosts and take our status to heart to make your stay the most enjoyable possible. Everything is chosen with you in mind.
The main living area is an open floor plan - kitchen, family room area. Each bedroom and the main area have air conditioning as well as fans.
There is an outdoor patio and outdoor pool as well.
Private gated community for peace of mind. If you book for 2, only two people will gain entry , etc.. Please do not book for less than the number of guests you expect to stay at Villa Familia. This could result in you having to leave the property and your extra guests will not be allowed in at the gate.
The entire villa is for your stay.
There is high speed internet and a smart tv. We recommend you bring your own Hulu or Netflix, etc. log in information as there is no cable tv.
Because the villa is in the Caribbean, power outages often happen. We do have a battery back up system for wifi, fridge, etc. Outages typically last less than an hour and the pool is a great way to spend it!

I have been hosting for several decades. I've had properties in 3 different countries and maintain two of them to this day. Villa Familia is our newest addition. I love traveling the world, meeting new people and LOVE staying in homes rather than sterile hotels <3
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
This part of the country was chosen due to the very low rates of inclement weather compared to the east and southern coasts which are known for hurricanes.
The neighborhood in particular was chosen due to it's proximity to beaches and town, yet out of the crazy, loud night life after a long day - it's so quiet and peaceful up in the hills of the Mulata.
Additionally, Villa Familia is only 20 minutes from the local airport making travel so much more enjoyable.

It's well decorated, comfortable and has pretty much everything you would need - including pool towels, fully stocked kitchenware and brand new furniture that's comfortable and beautiful.
