Brand new listing in 2024 - book now before it fills up! This pristine bayfront home features 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (with additional full bath outside). Take a dip in the private, in-ground pool or sit back and enjoy a refreshing drink at the poolside bar. Take a short 6-minute walk and you're at the sandy beach! Linger long enough to witness the most spectacular sunsets over the Back Bay. This hideaway is perfect for a large family or group of up to 16 people. Explore the nearby trails, fishing, hiking, kayaking, and canoes. This home even provides a professional retreat space for corporate gatherings next to the calm serenity of the bay.

The first floor includes two bedrooms - one king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed and a full bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub.

The second floor is the main living space: kitchen, living room with cozy fireplace, dining room and a waterview bar area. There are 4 bedrooms on this level: two queen-sized beds and one king-sized bed, plus a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. There are also two full bathrooms on this level.

The third floor is a Crow's Nest with a private balcony. The room includes a comfortable queen-sized futon and a conference room for meetings and a quiet place to work. Entering and exiting the 3rd floor requires going outside and down stairs. Umbrellas are provided for inclement weather!

Great Stay

We stayed at this beach house for my grandma's 90th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! Our group of 14 had plenty of space, and we loved everything about it—the breathtaking view, the relaxing hot tub, the easy access to the beach, and the well-thought-out setup of the house. It made for an unforgettable celebration, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Home is absolutely beautiful. Location is amazing family and friends very comfortable in the home. Plenty of space for everyone A little disappointed in the cleanliness and kitchen was very unorganized.

Perfect Views, Accommodations and Amenities

We had a lovely long weekend with old friends in late fall. Beautiful sunsets on the back deck overlooking the back bay and enjoying the hot tub! Luxury mattresses and comfortable bedding. Plenty of room for cooking, socializing and dining on the main level. Too cold to swim in the outdoor pool, but the tiki deck bar looked great for summertime.

Unforgettable experience

My friends and I had an incredible experience here all made possible by the host. The home on the water was gorgeous with a lot of space. The host was extremely accommodating to our needs and timely communicated with us. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Couldn't Ask for Anything More

We came to Virginia Beach for a softball tournament that would also include family vacations. The property was in immaculate shape and met every need that we had. There were paddle boards, canoes, and the kitchen was superbly if. The next time we stay in Virginia Beach, will absolutely be this property again.

If they would just clean and maintain a bit more!

We loved everything, area, bay, susnsets, close to beach, pool, space, kitchen size and beds are comfortable too!! However, lots of little things that could use attention, musty basement room, missing toaster oven rack, oven is slow and ants in bar. All gixable things.... we use the kitchen a lot. One other thin

Great Location - House/Property Needs Attention

Location of this house is awesome, especially if you like to fish. Host is very responsive to issues. Now about the house/property. This house is definitely not elderly friendly, especially anyone who has issues with stairs. The pool is great, tiki bar just needs to be updated, outdoor refrigerator in tiki was convenient, but needs to be replaced, moldy and rusty. We made do with three bathrooms, but another one would be great, especially being a 7 bedroom house. Bedrooms were nice, beds very comfortable. Plenty of towels were available for all. Kitchen just needs a few more pans, baking sheets, but we made good with what was available. Great dining room with a table that sat all 10 of us. We had spiders all over the inside and out, they came to treat them, but spider webs were all over the ceiling lights and lamps and some in corners of walls. Upper deck was awesome, lower deck with hot tub needs to be replaced or attention made to nails that are exposed. Grill is very small, a larger one would have been nice for cooking for 10 people. The grass was never cut and the landscaping around pool is overgrown and just needs some attention. The pool table is in the garage which also houses two jet skis and other pool and beach items, not necessarily a game room. It was nice having the raft to use in the river and the canoe was great. The two kayaks did not have any plugs in bottom, so we could not use them. We had a wonderful family vacation.

Quick Family Gathering

We needed a larger space for our party, as we were attending a family member's baby shower in the area. This space was perfect, as it was relatively close to whatever we needed. (You will need a car, as nothing except the beach is in walking distance, but still close) Overall the space was perfect for a large group. The living space was super comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were great for relaxation and the bedrooms super comfy. We plan on returning. Just a flag, the third floor bedroom is NOT accessible through the house. Whoever stays in this room will need to leave the house via the back sliding door and head upstairs. It rained while we were there, so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that no complaints! Lori was lovely and responded to all our needs. Have a great time and remember to leave something none perishable to pay it forward to the next guest. We left some cooking supplies.
