The pool was very peaceful, and the open concept kitchen/dining/living room was very nice to stay engaged with everyone. The coded lock on the front door was nice to not have to worry about getting in or locking ourselves out.

Super clean. Perfect pool for ultimate relaxation. Communication was outstanding and any question or issue was resolved promptly. Well supplied kitchen. Located in a residential neighborhood with close proximity to restaurants and retail.

Very clean had plenty of linens and beach towels had everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need and super comfortable beds and pillows

Great house, great location

The house was everything as advertised. The pool was great, the house was great. It’s about a half hour from Ft Myers Beach and close to shopping and great restaurants.

Great home in good neighborhood

We stayed at this house for a month and enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is great for walking. Grocery stores were very close along with good restaurants. We would stay here again.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst VRBO experiences we’ve had. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but we kept getting delayed messages saying the cleaner needed ‘another hour and a half,’ then ‘another hour,’ then ‘40 more minutes.’ We finally arrived around 5:30 PM in the middle of heavy rain with our kids, only to find the cleaner still leaving the property.Things got worse immediately. The keypad on the door didn’t work, so we were stuck outside in the rain with our crying toddler trying to get inside. After multiple phone calls, we were told the cleaner had changed the batteries and then later changed the keypad code entirely without updating us. We were finally able to get in using our phone number after standing outside frustrated and soaked.Once inside, the house was extremely disappointing. Multiple bedrooms had no TVs, there were bugs inside the home including spiders and roaches, and the entire place felt poorly maintained. The pool area had almost no lighting at night, making it unusable after dark. We also paid extra (30 for 2 nights) for a heated pool, only to later be told that guests had to manually turn it on during certain hours because it only runs when the pump timer is active. By the time we tried to relax that evening, it was already too late and everyone was frustrated with nothing to do.The beds were extremely small and uncomfortable my husband and I had to sleep in a full-size bed despite booking a family vacation rental. We’re genuinely sorry this stay started off on the wrong foot. Traveling with family is already a lot, so we understand how frustrating the check-in issues must have felt. We did our best to help in real time once concerns were brought to us, and some of the items mentioned in the review were either addressed during the stay or were not reported to us while you were in the home. That said, we’re not brushing off your experience. We’re already taking a closer look at the items that need attention, including the pool lighting, pest control schedule, and grill condition. We wish the stay had gone smoother, but we appreciate you sharing the feedback so we can tighten things up moving forward.

Haus entsprach dem Angebot, genügend Platz für 5 Personen. Gute Lage in Nebenstraße, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.Die Ausstattung am Pool war nicht ganz sauber, z.B. waren die Auflagen der Gartenstühle sehr schmuddelig.Wasserkocher im Haus nicht vorhanden.

Wir haben vier Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und hatten insgesamt einen gemischten Eindruck. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage sowie die Küche die war mit allen grundlegenden Utensilien ausgestattet, sodass Selbstverpflegung problemlos möglich war.Besonders auffällig war die Außenanlage: Sie wirkte insgesamt wenig gepflegt und bedarf einer Überarbeitung. Die Gartenmöbel sind stark abgenutzt, und die Polster machten einen ungepflegten, teils sogar unhygienischen Eindruck. Hier sollte dringend investiert werden, um den Außenbereich wieder einladend zu gestalten.Insgesamt ist das Haus in Ordnung, wenn man keine allzu hohen Ansprüche stellt. Wer jedoch Komfort, und eine gepflegte Ausstattung erwartet, könnte enttäuscht sein.
