Al igual que todos nuestros condominios de Sanibel Harbour que aparecen en las costas del Golfo, esta unidad está bien equipada con un delicioso paladar de los neutrales, arándano, tonos amarillos y verdes oscuros para formar una atractiva decoración de estilo de Florida. Equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos, muebles y moldes por toda. Hay un televisor en la sala de estar y dos dormitorios, y al menos un reproductor de DVD. Disfrutar de una comida en su balcón amueblado mientras observa a los delfines en el agua de abajo! cama de matrimonio en el maestro y dos gemelos en la habitación de invitados. Perfect stay

The condo was perfect. Beautiful view of the sunset from the large balcony. Very quiet. The staff was really nice and helpful. The only complaint I could have is the pool needed cleaned. A lot of bugs were in it. The beach had a lot of algae this time of year. A lot of big storms. Made the Gulf dirty. The little bugs that bite were terrible in the evening, so take bug spray, if you want to sit on the beach and watch the sunset. Great little Italian restaurant about 2 miles away. Downtown Fort Myers is really cute and has some great restaurants as well. Fort Myers beach is about a 15 minute drive with soft sand and places to buy drinks and food. Look for the orange umbrellas.

Great Location!!!

This condo is so nice and very comfy. The Building has a beautiful private beach with chairs and a nice pool. I walked to the Marriot for breakfast in the morning and we booked amazing spa experience through the Marriott, also within short walk. Very nice driving distance to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Apartment

A lovely well equipped apartment with lovely views. We wouldn't hestitate to reccommend this apartment but were dissappointed that there was no safe here (we like to keep our passports secure!) We appreciated our car here as there are no nearby restauranyts or bars except the adjacent hotel. The agency dealt with a query we had in a most satisfacory way and would also reccommend them.

Beautiful location

Overall very happy with this stay. We seemed to have noisy neighbors but we didn’t let it bother us. Outlets in the bathrooms didn’t seem to be working but we made the best of it. I would gladly stay again. I would recommend it to others.

Florida getaway

The property was very nice. It was also very quiet during our stay. The property owners were quick to respond to questions prior to our stay. My only complaint is that the ceiling fan on the lanai did not work. We spent most evenings on the lanai and it was still very warm and no real beeze on the 11th floor.

Great Sunsets

Very clean place and pool. They should think about adding a diahwashing sponge, coffee, salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc. We use lots of VRBOs and they all provide those items. Other than those items, we loved this place and recommend it. Absolutely Beautiful.

Sisters Get Away

Loved the view from the 11th floor. Saw shark, manatee and sting ray almost every day. The only complaint was having to share the hair dryer in the master bath. None in the 2nd bath No frills like it says, but it was nice. The beach area is VERY small. The pool looked nice. We just didn't go in

Beautiful!

Beautiful property and rental unit. Very clean. Management was very helpful, answering questions prior to booking. Staff were friendly. Beach and pool are well maintained and beautiful. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Great location!

Lovely Relaxing Stay

We had a great week at a condo in this unit. We were on the eleventh floor with an ocean view. We never got to see any dolphins, but we left those doors open in the morning and drank coffee while watching the boats go by. And the sunsets were stellar. The condo pool is great: well-maintained, good ph level, and all the other guests along with year-round residents were tremendously friendly. We normally do resorts and wondered if we would get bored with that same pool all week, but we absolutely did not. The location, right by the bridge to Sanibel was also convenient, was was the Publix and outlet mall up the road for groceries or the needed vacation item. Will definitely be back.

Great Vacay

We had a lovely and relaxing time. The property was excellent and well-placed for both adventure on Sanibel/Captiva and experiences in Fort Myers. Spent most of our time in the very nice pool enjoying the company of other delightful and friendly guests.

Great view/ location

We really enjoyed our time there. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen was modern enough with all appliances needed. The primary bedroom had a newer memory foam mattress that was pretty comfortable. Easy location to get to the local stores for shopping or to get over the bridge to Sanibel. Secure parking, nice walking path around the area. We were on the 11th floor and had a great sunset view as well as overlook of the waterway below. I would definatley go back.

Magnificent View with Privacy

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful property. Communication with the management was extremely easy and so was the check in process. The condo was in a perfect location right next to the Sanibel causeway. Downstairs we enjoyed plenty of parking, a beautiful common area and pool, and a nice little beach. Upstairs, the condo was very clean and well equipped. The view was outstanding and sitting on the outside balcony was mandatory every evening for sunset. Great experience. Hope to return again soon!

Nice Place

Nice place to rent! Good location! Condo needs some work! The wallpaper is peeling off in both bathrooms! The second bedrooms window needs a better shade! It doesn’t block out the outside light so it is difficult to sleep! The beach is very small.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is spacious, and the back porch is a wonderful benefit. Great overall location, minutes to Sanibel. The sunset view was absolutely amazing!

Overdue vacation was a success

With Elsa blowing through the latter portion of our stay, we had a good time. We had a small problem with the key not being in the lockbox. That issue was fixed within minutes. Would stay again.

Would stay here again!

We loved the location, property amenities and the view! The condo itself was nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen. A few signs of an aging unit (e.g., peeling wallpaper in the bathroom) but everything was comfortable and functional. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo but Updates Needed

The condo on the 11th floor had a great layout and an amazing view. The property itself also was very nice; well kept, nice pool and hot tub and loved the small but beautiful beach. My only criticism is that there are a few updates that are needed that go beyond just aesthetics. The stove top is not good for much. The burners are tilted, one burner wasn't even hooked into the wiring (we did report that to management). It's just plain old and NEEDS to be replaced. The pots and pans could also use a refresh. The refrigerator has visible rust on the outside of it underneath the ice dispenser which by the way, does not work. There IS ice in the icemaker but the dispenser itself does not work (also reported). The furnishings are up to date and very comfortable but the kitchen and bathrooms need a lot of TLC.

Beautiful setting
