Experimenta increíbles vistas al mar desde esta bien equipada casa de tres niveles frente al mar frente a la playa. Nuestra casa es una de las pocas casas que tienen un gran patio trasero cercado que linda con la playa.

Disfrute de las comodidades de una gran sala de estar, 3 habitaciones grandes cada una con su propio baño completo y terraza o patio, cocina moderna grande, lavandería, ducha exterior fría y caliente, garaje y amplio patio privado cercado para comidas al aire libre.

Relájese y cene en grandes terrazas frente al mar.

Disfruta del amplio patio trasero cerrado que linda con las dunas de una de las mejores playas de la costa este. Las playas de Brigantine son poco concurridas y de arena suave ideal para descansar y realizar actividades en la playa.

Dentro de un corto paseo encontrará algunos de los mejores restaurantes, tiendas, tiendas de conveniencia y reserva natural de Brigantine (casi la mitad de Brigantine es una reserva natural).

Amazing Thanksgiving

Great family vacation. Stayed Thanksgiving week with grandparents, grandkids, siblings, and two dogs. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space. Easy access to walks on the each. Communications with Shirley were easy. Highly recommend.

A week at the beach

Very nice townhouse. Two bedrooms on 3rd floor and 1 on ground floor. 2nd floor is kitchen/dining/living room; open floor plan. Great location. Fairly quiet. Views of the dunes and ocean from the back porch and deck. A bit of a splurge for us but we're happy. We all had a great time. The good weather helped! But, the outside shower could use a curtain!

Great place in Brigantine

Our stay could not have been better. The townhouse is so close to the beach/ good for little folks who don’t walk long distances. The proximity to the dunes provided privacy and quiet. Each bedroom had a bathroom-bonus! Our host quickly responded to my emails. Perfect week.

Easter Weekend Getaway

Stayed with my parents and their dog. House was very comfortable and well appointed. Great location, very close to beach access. Great views from main bedroom deck! Definitely recommend! Shirley was very helpful and responsive to all messages.

A Wonderful Vacation house

The house is the best maintained and stocked house we have experienced. Shirley has been so nice to us and we appreciate her kindness and thoughtfulness. The furniture is comfortable and homey. Also, we have a dog,so the fenced in back yard is such a plus. Brigantine's beach is quiet and clean even after a storm. Can't wait to retrun next year. A+ all around.

Great getaway

As advertised, right on the ocean with ocean breezes all day. Great place to relax and enjoy the end of the summer season. Owner was easy to work with and accessible.

Great location and beach was beautiful.

Property was nicely accommodating and location to the beach was great. Shirley was very communicative and we had a great beach vacation. Only downside is the furnishings could use a little updating.

Viewing the Ocean

A well-located property with views of the ocean. Two very nice porches, one covered that faced the ocean. Very large all purpose room with comfortable seating at one end and a well-appointed kitchen at the other end. A dining table in the middle but it was so nice to eat on the covered porch or in large backyard. The main bedroom was large and as elegant as one would find in a classy hotel. Beach very accessible.

Incredible views and location

This house has one of the best views in Brigantine, from the 2nd or 3rd floor deck. Also like the location, as it's far enough away from the marsh that you don't get many greenheads and it's right next to two lifeguard beaches. Close to Wawa as well. The home was super comfortable and fit our family and guests really well. Only flag is the staircase from the 1st to the 2nd floor is steep. Might be an issue if have older guests who struggle with steps, though there's a railing to assist. Overall, we loved the house and would come back in a second.

Location, Location, Location!

You cannot beat the proximity of the beach to your private home; the ocean and its calming waves are just behind the dunes! The property could use a few upgrades, but overall it was clean and fully stocked. Having our dog with us was a huge benefit as the beach is dog friendly in the off-season. There’s several restaurants nearby, and a grocery store, but we brought most of what we needed food-wise. The bike lanes and garage to store the bikes, is a huge bonus.

Not as expected

We loved the location and the views. I did not see in the description that linens were not provided but was thankful Shirley emailed us the day before we left to let us know we needed towels and that most people brought their own sheets. A few negatives, the house had a very strong odor when we arrived and garbage left in the garage can which could have added to the smell. I sent a message to Shirley, she messsged back saying she would contact the cleaners. She called me an hour later, graciously apologized and offered to send the cleaners back. But with covid I really didn’t want anyone in the house and I had already spent an hour re-cleaning, including cleaning the refrigerator, which was empty but old food was not wiped clean. The general cleanliness and overall upkeep was poor. -The carpet was stained and damaged in areas, along with an area by the fireplace that was completely ripped off the floor exposing carpet nails pointing up, which we covered with a chair. -The sliders are old, need maintenance or replacing. They do not open and close well and a couple have broken locks. There are also windows with ripped out screens, some windows don’t open, close or lock. -the master bathroom blinds are missing panels which makes it impossible for privacy at night. -the outside furniture cushions on the living room terrace have too much dirt and grime to sit without getting clothing dirty. -the kitchen was not well equipped with kitchen cooking utensils, the sponge left for us was old and dirty, no kitchen trash bags or extra paper towels (which I needed after using a roll to initially clean with). The “extra” sleeping arrangements are three very old sleep sofas with very poor mattresses. The sofas are arranged facing one another making them impossible to use unless the furniture is rearranged. We could only sleep 6 people (2 people in a bed) comfortably. It is a great location and some TLC would make it the perfect destination for future vacations.

Great location!!!

The property is perfectly located!! Very spacious!! Needs a good deep cleaning and update on furniture and new mattresses. Very hard. Other then that it was a great stay!! Waffle our dog loved it!!!

Great location. Steps from the beach. Wonder views and very relaxing. The home was nice size.

We had a great experience. We loved the location and the views. We had 5 people so the 3 bedrooms were perfect. We gave it a 5 rating and the only negatives are that the decor is a bit dated, it could have cleaned a little better, and the sliding doors to the decks don’t work very well. Other than that we highly recommend it.

Great Beach Getaway!

We really enjoyed our week in Brigantine! The beach is beautiful and we loved being able to walk back and forth to the house throughout the day as it made life so much better. The house is very nice and clean and we absolutely loved spending time on the decks looking out on the ocean. We had a very hot week so also appreciated that the house was air conditioned. We didn’t get in the car once all week - easy walk to Wawa, restaurants, and the kids loved walking to the arcade and for ice cream. Shirley is so easy to work with and is so helpful - always quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this house for a relaxing week at the beach!

Great location and relaxing

This house on the north part of Brigantine. is in a great location, right on the dunes with a short(3min) walk to beach. The area is residential yet a short 15 min. Or so walk to Wawa, grocery store and restaurants. The house is a dog- friendly and roomy 3 bedroom townhouse with great ocean and dune views via the 2 large decks1 off the 2nd floor living space and the other off the master bedroom. The small fenced in yard was A great convenience for our dog. However the only access is thru the downstairs bedroom. The house is comfortable with 3 full bathrooms and an open living space on the 2nd floor. My only negative comment is that the house could use some updates- the dining room chairs are old and the seats are worn out. Also the sofa is dated. Shirley is a wonderful host. She is very accessible by phone, email and text when we had questions or concerns. Check in process was easy and efficient- no need to even go to realtor. Thanks, Shirley.
