Este es un lugar cómodo para parejas y / o familias que buscan disfrutar de la vida en la playa con una de las vistas más espectaculares del Golfo de México con las arenas más blancas imaginables justo en la puerta de atrás. La unidad cuenta con dos baños completos, cocina completa, sala y comedor. Está completamente amueblado con diversión y arte colorido que adorna las paredes de cada habitación.

Perfect beach getaway for our family

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was spotless when we arrived, and the thoughtful welcome note and fresh flowers left by our host, Vanessa, made it feel extra warm and inviting. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful, and the private boardwalk made getting to the beach quick and easy.Shane, the property manager, was also incredibly helpful—he responded right away when we had a question about our door code and had it fixed for us within seconds. Great communication all around!This was our first time in Pensacola, and I think we’ve found our new favorite beach spot. A special highlight was surprising our son (a huge fan of jets) with the Blue Angels buzzing the beach on our first day—it made the trip even more unforgettable.We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Beach vacation with the family

Overall everything was great, a little disappointing there was no longer a hammock on the balcony, which the kids were looking forward to, but nice location, probably the first trip we took where we rarely got back into the vehicle to get anywhere. I wish the city would add a crosswalk directly in front of the condo, and they need flashing lights as people are oblivious to pedestrians. 10/10

First time to Pensacola Beach

The location was amazing! We sat on our balcony every day and the view was amazing. We loved having the beach access without having to cross a street. The pool and hottub staying open until 11pm was great.

This property was in a great location and very clean. The views out the balcony were incredible. Easily walkable to the restaurants and pier and even included beach essentials and toys.

Perfect location, perfect setup, absolutely ideal for family &/or friends vacation. Property was exceptionally clean and well-stocked, hosts were incredibly fast to respond to our silly inquiries. Will be back!

Beach Paradise

This property has so many pros: 1. Stunning view of Pensacola Beach and beach access2. Great location within walking and or driving distance of many shops, restaurants and the pier.3. Condo is cheerfully and vibrantly decorated.4. They have beach chairs, sand toys, etc... for a wonderful time at the beach.5. Washer and dryer in the unit.The only pros to our trip were: the cable was not working the entire time and the wi-fi was sporadically working. (No fault of the owners). The beds were too soft, housekeeping could be a little better (fingerprints on doors by doorknobs and light bulbs missing in bathroom), our code did not always work to get through the gate to the beach or get back into the building.Overall, it was still a great experience and the view from our balcony and access to the beach made it so worth it.

Perfect View of the Gulf

What a sweet condo! We absolutely loved the view, the location, and had everything we needed to enjoy a happy week here. The condo had everything we needed to use the kitchen. Lots of beach toys, a couple of chairs, and a beach tent. This was the perfect location for our weeks stay!

Holiday getaway

Great location and the facility was great, staff maintaining the facility were helpful and professional. just the different passcodes were a little difficult to enter the parking lot and building but I understand the security reasons. Thanks again and we look forward to staying again!

Amazing Condo!

The Emerald Isle Condo was clean, beautiful and easily accessible to all the great restaurants at Pensacola Beach. The beach was amazing as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Florida!

Great place. Great Beach & Pool. Checkin needs improvement

I had not received the email to providing the code to the condo unit. It comes from a separate entity than the emails for the bldg & car entrances. Staff workers were very courteous. Pool was cleaned daily. Cleanliness is very good overall. Toilets leaked and needed a new pump but plumber not available to replace. Takes 3-5 minutes to refill tank and water leaks into toilet bowl wasting water.

Perfect place to stay!

Immaculate condo in a perfect location with an amazing view! Very nicely decorated and the artwork was super fun. Beds were very comfortable. Had everything we could have possibly needed…and then some! We had a blast crab hunting in the evenings (and they had extra nets and buckets in the closet that we could use). The welcome items were a very nice touch and we really appreciated the thoughtfulness!

Definitely Worth your Money

We were contacted before our trip and informed we were leaving the day of the Blue Angels show and that the island may be crowded. So, we were offered a night's refund to leave early or the ability to stay an additional night. We chose to stay and the show, and the view from our balcony, were phenomenal. The condo itself is on a great floor, well decorated (minus paintings IMO), close to trash chute, beds were extra soft, and it was very well stocked including with beach supplies. The owner allows people to leave things for other guests, so there wasn't anything we weren't provided, including a brand new toothbrush which was a blessing as I had left mine at home. (Yes, I replaced it after we went out). The only complaints we had was with the master bathroom toliet not working properly (we finally mastered pulling up on the handle until it popped), with the multiple emails and texts it was hard to figure out what all needed codes and which ones (in the beginning, but we mastered pretty quickly), and not enough parking spaces. We went to pick our kiddos up from a local camp and arroved at the condo around 1:30 and there were no parking spots. The security guard told us two non-guests were in spots and she had been waiting hours for a tow truck. We had to wait in our vehicle for over an hour, and for the Blue Angels to finish the show, before someone left and we could get a spot.

Cute condo with a great view!

Cutely decorated condo right on the beach! Great view of the ocean which we enjoyed every morning and evening. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, blender, etc.. Very comfortable furniture with fans in each bedroom (two) and TV area. Perfect location - near lots of restaurants. Property Manager was very easy to work with. We will be back!

Loved Emerald Isle Condo Stay

We loved the stay at this unit on the sixth floor. It was immaculately clean with nicely furnished bedrooms and living room/dining area. Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils, cookware, dishes etc. Beautiful view of the pool and ocean from the balconey, with four chairs for lounging/reading. Bathrooms were very clean. Really could not ask for more in a vacation unit. Plus within walking distance of all the restaurants and stores. Hint to others: There are some smaller restaurants/local watering holes right across the street that are hidden gems. We hope to come back to the very same place next time.

Emerald Isle-Pensacola Beach

The condo was very clean, great location and the owner had provided chairs, an umbrella and small items that kids (and those of us who are kids at heart) would use at the beach. We were extremely pleased that we could walk to eat and just enjoy our time in Florida. The pools were a bonus!

Fantastic!

Parking at the condominium was the only issue but that was due to the very popular event scheduled that week on Pensacola Beach. Overall this is a wonderful unit and property with easy access to the beach and within walking distance of just about everything.

Everything was great.

This condo is in great condition and in a great location. Great property manager. My daughter left her makeup bag and the property owner shipped it back to me which I think is great too. Don’t pass up an opportunity to rent this unit.
