Club Wyndham Clearwater Beach

Beautiful Full Condo in the Heart of Clearwater Beach, Florida. Overlooking a pristine stretch of sand, the resort offers a stunning view of Florida’s coast. Indulge in beachfront living and take relaxation to the next level with the resort’s top notch accommodations. Unit will be assigned by front desk.

After adventuring in the sun, relax back at the resort with a spa treatment, a seat by the pool, a cocktail or two at the bar and a wonderful meal in the restaurant.
Units are 758 square feet and sleeps up to 4 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Unit has a full kitchen, balcony and a washer/dryer.

Important information:


Primary renter must be at least 21. The resort requires a security deposit of $250 on a credit card upon check-in, which is released upon check-out.
The name on the reservation must match the ID of the person checking in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide us with the name of the person who will be checking in, at the time of booking. There is a $100 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be able to check in before the person named on the reservation. If you do not provide me with the name you would like on the reservation, I will use the name and address that the reservation was booked under as the default. If another member of your party (over 21) will be arriving before you, immediately message me when booking and I can put the reservation in their name.


Guests may not have more than one reservation booked in their name for the same dates. If you have booked another unit for the same dates with another party, you must make sure that the name on each reservation is different, or Wyndham may canceling one of your reservations without notice. If you would like to book multiple units, please provide other names to put on each reservation.

A credit card that you provide at check-in is used as a security deposit. Rooms are inspected after Housekeeping cleans. Damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card on file.

Wyndham has a maximum occupancy set for each room type. If these rules are not followed by guests, Wyndham may cancel the reservation without refund.

Pets are not allowed. A service animal trained to assist persons with a DISABILITY will be allowed. “Service animal” means an animal that is trained to perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The tasks may include, but are not limited to, guiding a person who is visually impaired or blind, alerting a person who is deaf or hard of hearing, pulling a wheelchair, assisting with mobility or balance, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, retrieving objects, or performing other special tasks. A service animal is not an emotional support dog, therapy dog or a pet. **Note: this does not include therapy dogs or similar. Florida Statute Section 413.08(9) states that a person who misrepresents having a service animal commits a misdemeanor of the second degree.

Blue Adventures LLC is not responsible for severe weather or power outages or other acts of nature. Guests should purchase travel insurance prior to their trip to protect themselves against unforeseen cancellation.
