Very clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the smart TV with streaming subscriptions—it made relaxing in the evenings easy and enjoyable. The location is excellent: close to downtown Salt Lake City and very easy to get around using public transportation. Would absolutely stay here again.

Close to TRAX Station [2.5 Blocks] Close to downtown. Very reasonable for the value you are getting. It was a safe and great place if what you need is a place to sleep; shower, and rest. Communication with the owner was exceptional. A perfect place to launch your busy day seeing the sites, attending conferences or working long hours.

Overall, super clean and secure. Very close to the university and an easy trip from the airport. There are many small eateries and cafes not far from the location, and the grocery is less than a block away. This is an excellent location for visiting family or parties of 1-2.

It was a great central location for all of the activities we had planned for our stay (downtown SLC, grantsville, park city, etc). It was pretty dark most of the time, but that was nice after spending all day in the heat and the sun. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay, and there was a nice helpful folder full of information and locations to check out as well as instructions for checking out at the end of our stay.

Very clean, host was available if needed anything. Check in was great. For those with low clearance vehicle will probably need to do on street parking as dip was big but lots of on street parking right in front of super cute VRBO. We love it and will look at staying again next time come to SLC.

The location is very convenient for commuting to the University of Utah campus with bus stops at closest intersection. There is a Sprouts Famers market at the intersection as well. The kitchen is well stocked with daily requirements for light meals.

Good for a ski trip

This property was a good location to reach both the ski bus park and rides within half an hour. Plenty of pillows, towels and other linens. Entry to the property is a little steep and can bottom out a low clearance car. Overall would stay here again.

Perfect place for exploring SLC

My daughter goes to school at U of U and the 2 of us were in town to find her an apartment. This was the perfect home base to both the university and exploring downtown. Had all the amenities we needed + little extras like filtered water in the fridge and a really handy dedicated parking spot. The host puts a lot of thought into this place and it shows.

Space was clean, easy access to everything you would need, older home so the water pressure in the shower can be challenging if you have a lot of hair Driveway is narrow but it’s actually the large dip into the driveway that’s a real car crusher Communication with host was very easy and for the price it was a perfect stay

My husband, son, my mother and I stayed here as we were visiting from out of state for our daughter’s college graduation. Had exactly enough space for four peopleThis little apartment is in the perfect location.. Close to the school and also downtown. The property is an older one but everything is in great shape. The apartment was super clean and the whole check in process was seamless, the host was so super sweet, attentive and responsive. We didn’t need a thing but I knew I would have been able to reach her if we had. I would recommend this place to everyone if you need to stay somewhere close in town or you have a student at the U. Thank you for your hospitality!

Not the nicest place

This place is a basement level apartment and you will hear a lot of noise from the people above you. Additionally, there’s really no natural light you’re kind of stuck in the basement. It just wasn’t that nice all around.

Not sure why Steve gave us a 2star, he never communicated to me that he didn't like the place. My listing clearly states its a basement apartment and the pictures show that there is light as we have 2 good sized windows. I feel his rating was completely inaccurate. If you look at my reviews you can see guests really like the place
