The oversized primary bedroom is a retreat in itself! This spacious room includes a king-sized bed and coffee bar, love seat to view the private TV, plus a private door to the pool. Also includes a private ensuite full bathroom.

The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, TV and window to view the pool.

For extra sleeping space we provide a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a single sleeper sofa in the primary bedroom, plus two rollaways that can be placed anywhere in the house.

You will have access to the full main home and back yard. There is a small apartment attached to the main house that is rented separately. You will have complete privacy in the home and back yard. Apartment renter shares the laundry room with guests, but otherwise stays in their own private area.

NOTE: The pool is not heated by default, but heat is available for an additional charge of $25 per night.

The location of this property is just heaven. I enjoyed sitting on the dock at sunset watching the dolphins so much. The beds were super comfortable too.

We had a convention in Orlando and decided to stay at cocoa beach. Coconut Cove was quiet and peaceful. The wildlife from the river was a plus. Also a short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants.

Great place for peace and relaxation!

We very much enjoyed this little oasis. Loved watching the dolphins swim through the canal with our morning coffee! 10 min walk to the beach was great, and all the beach gear we needed was available for use.

Location can't be beat. It's also secluded and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is comfortable. The host is very responsive. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Warm Winter Getaway

Older home but beautifully maintained and walk in ready. Water in two sides, beautiful views, lots of dolphin and manatee spottings. Coffee and sunrises in the mornings, old fashioneds and sunsets in the evenings. Great week!

Cocoa Beach Retreat

Perfect location in quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of downtown Cocoa Beach and beach. Great view of the Banana River, lots of shade. Felt very private. We loved the amenities (pool, beach supplies, etc) and beach decor as well. Highly recommend this property! We hope to come back!

Relaxing Getaway

The house is in a great location close to the main part of Cocoa Beach. It was clean with all amenities needed. The yard and pool area was unique being on the water with wildlife views. Easy access and communication. Highly recommended!

Coconut Cove exceeded our expectation! It’s a very quiet location with the beach and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Such a wonderful experience sitting in the garden watching Dolphins and Manatees swimming by almost close enough to touch throughout the day, also an abundance of other wildlife. The accommodation was very clean had everything we needed included inside and out. We’d highly recommend and would love to return

Calm, quiet, comfy, convenient

At the end of a street, so there is no traffic. The only sounds were birds. It was immaculately clean and furnished with everything anybody might need (short of a live-in masseuse). This is by far the best vrbo experience I have ever had.this property neededneeded

My favorite rented house ever!

We will be dreaming about this property for many years to come. Our family had the most amazing time at this house and I highly recommend you book here. We did have the pool heated for a March stay as the water is still chilly. Our favorite part was the peaceful manatee and dolphin watching off the decks. Our elderly parents could easily maneuver through the property as well. The shed with pool and beach toys was very appreciated! We should have booked more nights!!

Great location

2 decks on the canal, saw a dolphin. Easy walk to restaurants & the beach. Nice pool but too cold for us to use it. Pool staff were there to clean it. House was very clean & had everything needed. Great views of water. Owner has apartment on grounds. Only time we saw them, we were notified in advance that they were going to put more water in pool . Great stay!

The kitchen needs to be upgraded!The laundry room that is shared with the apartment was unhappy with because I did not know there was a step down on the door jamb. The master bathroom taking a shower the water in shower did not drain.

Peaceful location

We enjoy being outside, so this location is perfect for sitting and lounging around. The canals have alot of bird activity and every other day a dolphin or two. We had clear weather but the covered patio is a comfortable covered area. It is easy to walk to town and plenty of places to eat. The pool is not heated so at the end of February beginning of March you need a sunny day to jump in. The interior is well laid out plenty of space for a family. The beds are comfortable. The linens and towels are a nice quality. A TV in the bedrooms and livingroom. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, blender, coffee machine,etc. We would definitely love to stay again in the future.
