This fully AC'd suite sleeps 3 guests in a dreamy queen-size bed & a cozy full-size sofa bed. 1-minute drive to boat charters, 5-minute drive to Seven Seas beach & a 20 minute drive to El Yunque Rainforest.



Dive in to an enormous pool or take your talents to the tennis court or basketball courts.



The Space:

This oceanfront studio apartment overlooking the marina, mountains and neighboring islands is a picturesque & cozy abode that offers a stunning blend of natural beauty and coastal elegance.



As you step into this exquisite studio apartment, you are immediately captivated by the breathtaking panorama. The living area is adorned with large, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that stretch across one entire wall, providing an unobstructed view of the marina and the mountains across. The apartment is bathed in soft, natural light, scented with saltwater and the sound of the waves can be your natural music if you decide to open the windows and doors.



The focal point of the apartment is the living area, which features a plush, dreamy queen size bed with integrated speakers & wireless phone chargers on each side of the backboard, a comfortable sofa bed, both thoughtfully arranged to optimize the view, a flat-screen Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. The cozy sofa converts into a full size bed. The dinning area features 2 stools and a brunch-style countertop, perfect for enjoying morning coffee and your favorite meals.



The kitchen is elegantly designed with modern appliances, allowing you to prepare your meals while taking in the magnificent views. The kitchen features countertop stove with four burners, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, wine glasses and more.



The sleeping area is purposely situated in the far left side of the studio so you can take in the most out of the ocean view. The queen-sized bed is dressed in soft, comfortable linens. You can fall asleep to the gentle lullaby of the ocean waves and wake up to the radiant sunrise over the horizon. There's a small closet inside of the bathroom to store your belongings, ensuring a clutter-free living space.



The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity and high-quality toiletries. After a day of beachcombing or exploring the neighboring islands, you can pamper yourself in the bathroom's soothing ambiance.



The pièce de résistance of this studio apartment is the private balcony that extends from the living area. Step outside, and you'll be greeted by a sprawling view of the marina, where a myriad of sailboats and yachts are gently swaying in the harbor. Beyond the marina, your gaze extends to the majestic mountains that form an impressive backdrop to the coastal landscape. To your right, you can spot the neighboring islands, each with its own distinct character and charm.



The balcony is adorned with comfortable outdoor dinning area, perfect for al fresco dining or simply savoring a glass of wine as the sun rises above the horizon. From here, you can witness the enchanting transformation of colors in the sky during the evening's golden hour, a spectacle that changes daily, but never ceases to amaze.

Guest Access:

Guests have unrestricted access to all spaces inside of the studio and can enjoy all of the amenities that Dos Marinas has to offer. From a huge pool with ocean and mountain views, sun loungers, outdoor shower to tennis court, basketball court and laundry area.



Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.



The studio has a housekeeping closet used to store cleaning materials. This space is locked and only accessible to staff.



The Neighborhood:

Dos Marinas is an oceanfront condominium excellently located in the beautiful beach town of Fajardo. Just a short drive away from a variety of beaches and cays that are ready to be explored. The clear waters along the shores of Fajardo are calm and ideal for snorkeling, kayaking, and more. One of the most popular beaches is known as Seven Seas, a crescent-shaped beach lined with palm and almond trees. This beach is surrounded by little food kiosks and restaurants right at the entrance of the Cabezas de San Juan Reserve.



You may take a private charter to spend a day in the sun at Icacos Island, one of the biggest in a chain of cays and coral reefs known as the Cordillera Nature Reserve. The clear waters and the long strips of reef are home to schools of fish and other marine creatures that you’ll get to observe while you snorkel or dive.



Fajardo’s most secluded beaches are Playa Escondida and Playa Colorá. These two off-the-beaten-path leisure beaches present a perfect hideout from the noise and crowds of Seven Seas. It takes a 20 to 30-minute hike to reach the golden sands and crystal-clear waters.



You may also head over to the Cabezas de San Juan or Las Croabas. A park that emphasizes open space and preserving the natural surroundings where you can fly kites, rent bicycles, picnic, or walk around. At Las Croabas, there are also several trails, boardwalks, and ecological systems ready to be explored.



Part of the Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve is the Laguna Grande bioluminescent bay. Out of the three bio bays in Puerto Rico, Laguna Grande is the only one that’s not technically a bay. You can kayak or cruise in a small boat through the long, narrow canal that leads to the dazzling “glow-in-the-dark” water.



Getting Around:

We strongly recommend renting a vehicle to move around when traveling to Fajardo, PR. Uber and cab drivers are not reliable in the area.



Fajardo is well known for its wide array of activities and destinations. There's so many places to visit and things to do inside this wonderful beach town and just short drives away from the condo that you absolutely wouldn't want to miss out on.



Other Things to Note:

Azure Marina Suite is located on a 20th floor. Dos Marinas has elevators.



San Juan's Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport is located 32.8 miles away from Dos Marinas. You should expect a 45-55 minute drive between each location.



El Yunque National Rainforest is only 12.5 miles away.

We provide enough toiletries and kitchen amenities to kick off your stay.



From shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, hand soap, dish sponge, dish soap, paper towel, coffee, sugar, bath towels, hand towels, pool towels & kitchen towel. We do NOT provide wash cloths due to hygiene purposes. If you use wash cloths, make sure to bring your own with you.



Since Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, American citizens and permanent residents don't need a passport to travel to the Island. However, they must always travel with a valid ID, such as driver license or a state ID card.
