This beautiful fully furnished ocean marina view apartment has an equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, 1 bathroom, living room, and balcony.
Each room features air-conditioners and comfortable furniture. The living room features a coziness and the atmosphere inspired by the marina view:

Enjoy the beautiful beaches, marinas restaurants, music, rainforest and more! Located about 40 minutes from SJU airport.

Gated community with free parking! The building has a laundry room in the lobby for a fee. Wifi and Netflix included (No cable tv).

Self check in process!
Important: Check in must be done by 10:30pm

The closest beach is about 5-7 minutes drive. We recommend to have a car.

The place is close to the beach, shops and restaurants!

Bad experience. The queen bed is not a queen bed. The apartment is a lot smaller than the picture show. The outlets were falling out of the walls. There is a beautiful view, but if you go to the patio and enjoy that beautiful view, you have to turn off the air conditioning because the air conditioning is in the patio area, which makes it extremely hot When I talked to the host about the queen bed not being a queen bed. She said it was just because how tall I am and basically I’ve never stayed in a queen bed before.

So this room met our basic needs but just things to note:Mattress was too softNo electrical outlets in bathroom (there was a long mirror and we were able to rig an area to get ready)Power cord and electrical plugs seemed unsafe.We had difficulty checking in. Touchscreen outside building didn’t work and a resident had to let us in. Tried to message and call owner with no answer. Asked a couple of questions through the app and got no response there either. This property is still a work in progress and has room for improvement. I travel to PR frequently, have stayed in the area frequently, and found it to be pricey upon arrival. The view in the photo is exactly as pictured. No access to the ocean - just a nice view.

We loved this beautiful condo! It had perfect air conditioners and bathroom. They let us park anywhere we wanted to. There was a pool with lounge chairs. The pool was never crowded. This condo was gorgeous inside and out. I loved the soft bed and the bedroom. It was a gated community and very safe. Right next to the marina where you could go on a sail boat ride on the Spread Eagle for food all drinks included. They take you to Icacos Island. We also went horseback riding with the Carabali Rainforest Adventure Park. We loved our stay! We come to Puerto Rico every year. I would love to stay at this condo again next year. I am recommending it to all of my friends and family members.

We knew we wanted to be near the water with a good view and this property delivered. The lighting was either all on (strong) or all off. This made it hard to read in the living room in the middle of the night. This property would benefit from a simple plug-in, reading lamp in the living room. We were also nervous about trying to cook anything in the very small kitchenette as it was unclear how to even turn on any of the burners.

apartment is really nice. check in process needs improvement; we weren't given any instructions for getting into the building itself, only instructions for obtaining the keys, which were kept in a lockbox at the front door of the apartment. but you need the keys in the lockbox to get into the front door of the building.

The property needs some upgrades and care. We were by a mop in the middle of the hallway. Can use a paint job throughout. Some cabinet doors are unstable. No plugs in bathroom to get ready, no hooks to hang clothing. The saddest is that it has a magnificent view which can’t be enjoyed since there are two AC blowers blowing extreme heat into the balcony. We were unable to even stand in the balcony to enjoy the view. The location is fantastic, great restaurants and beaches nearby. I will not stay there again since I look forward to taking in the views with a cup of coffee.

I have never ever experienced bad hygiene and safety *wires hanging, *lighting issues, and in general, the property needs to be removed from the platform. However location is excellent, with security and clean in surroundings. Spectacular ocean view. Very sad that someone rent a property in the conditions the property are.

The host did not communicate at all. She left instructions but never checked in nor answered any request or concern. We stayed 6 days at we could not turn on the bedroom, living room or kitchen lights or fans. We had to rely on light from the entrance or bathroom. We also noted a few tiny roaches but it was enough to turn us off. The host never responded to any messages sent. The grounds were well kept and the area was quiet.
