Moongate - Coastal Oceanfront Home with Pool

Welcome to "Moongate" - a historic oceanfront Dutch Colonial with heated pool and spa in a private, serene setting. Watch sailboats from the oceanfront stone terrace with fire pit. Enjoy lawn games and your own shuffleboard court. Serve dinners on the spacious verandah overlooking the expansive lawn, pool, gardens and ocean.

Inside, enjoy a lovely blend of vintage details and high-end design - starting with a large, eat-in kitchen and butler's pantry: two sinks, two dishwashers, a retro fridge, LaCornue stove, and more. A spacious dining room with an oversized window seat, is set off with pocket doors from the gracious living room with TV. The large verandah has rocking chairs, a sofa and armchairs, dining table, gas grill, and ping pong table. A rear screened-in porch completes the first floor.

Double staircases lead to the second floor. The primary suite, with it's stunning ocean views and deck, offers a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with dressing room, clawfoot tub, shower room, and laundry (stacked W/D). The second floor also has two guest rooms that adjoin, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two twin sized beds - both served by a full hall bathroom with a shower and a clawfoot tub.

The third floor has a "bunk" room with two twin beds, a daybed, and an en-suite bathroom. Another third floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and its own hallway 3/4 bathroom.

Central air services the second and third floors. A pet may be negotiated with approval beforehand (and with a pet fee/pet agreement).
