Old Town Loft, Top Floor!

Loft de lujo en el corazón del casco antiguo! Este 810 pies cuadrados estudio loft cuenta con un piso de planta libre, madera y pizarra, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y techos abuhardillados. Esta unidad totalmente amueblada incluye una cama queen size, TV por cable, reproductor de DVD y conexión a internet de alta velocidad. Salir en su propio 330 pies cuadrados terraza privada y perderse en las vistas a la ciudad ya la montaña.

Otras características incluyen una entrada cerrada privada con ascensor, y pase de aparcamiento para el estacionamiento conveniente. Situado en el centro de la ciudad, que está a poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados, vida nocturna y otras actividades estacionales, como los conciertos al aire libre.

Dos de nuestras cosas favoritas para hacer es visitar el Museo de Fort Collins de Arte (que se encuentra al otro lado de la calle) y bicicletas para pagar en la estación de bicicletas Zagster derecha en la esquina de nuestro edificio o biblioteca bicicleta Fort Collins (ver enlaces) y montar en el Poudre river Trail o visitar las muchas fábricas de cerveza.

Hosts were responsive to a phone call and the location in Old Town is great! The apartment is very comfortable and the views are very nice. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location for visiting our student at CSU. The loft was spotless and very comfortable. We could walk everywhere in Old Town. Loved the balcony for happy hour drinks and just relaxing in the morning sun. The kitchen was fully stocked too. Owners were great with communication. Would love to stay here again!

This is an extraordinary loft with high quality furniture, lighting, bed, and linens. It also has a great outdoor deck with a beautiful view. It seemed like the loft had extra insulation because the inside is extremely quiet. This might be the best studio loft we’ve ever stayed in and we are picky. So many high end details to mention and all I can say is we would love to stay there again and will recommend it to our friends and family. A

Incredible!! The location was perfect, making it so easy to walk all through Old Town. The loft was decorated beautifully and stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need, as well as luxury items such as towel warmers and a sleep number mattress. The balcony was a dream with a fire table, cozy furniture, and gorgeous flowers that attracted hummingbirds! The hosts were very responsive, although we didn't need to communicate with them beyond making reservations because they already thought of anything we might need. Highly recommend!!

This property was exactly what I needed for my trip to Ft. Collins. The location is perfect and nestled conveniently in my favorite area of Ft. Collins, Old Town and close to CSU. Communication with Christine and John was easy, the loft had everything we could have needed to make a comfortable stay.

We were in town for a family wedding and it was great to have family and friends over to watch the sunset from the balcony, have a drink before dinner. Beautiful apartment! Convenient to everything in Old Town. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Downtown Ft Collins

Great location. Very clean and convenient to everything in town. Only downside would be no shades on the wall of windows. Very bright as soon as the sun came up. But the view was great.

What a great place in a great location

We love Fort Collins, and this condo was a great place to stay and enjoy the city. The fourth-floor patio is wonderful with a great view of the area. The unit itself was very nice, and well stocked. We really only used the coffee maker, and it worked great. We hope to come back in the near future. We may have missed the hot tub, and spa tub, but I don't think they exist, or we had no idea where to find them. That is why only four stars for the "Accuracy of online listing*".

Amazing place — Amazing location.

One of our best stays !! Communication with the property owners and management company was absolutely excellent. This loft is the perfect place, plenty of room to be comfortable and the outside space is wonderful as well. Walking distance to everything we did. Cannot say enough good things about this property — if you’re considering it you will not be disappointed. Thank you Christine and John for sharing your beautiful place. And a shout out Thanks to DiAnn who had to change her schedule to accommodate our delayed inbound flight to meet us with the key. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

LOCATION, LOCATION,LOCATION

My wife and I just spent a glorious week in Fort Collins. Purpose of the trip was to visit two of our children and their families. The loft could not have been a better choice. It put us absolutely in the heart of where all of the action is in Old Town Fort Collins. The loft is everything the website promised and more. One of the best equipped rentals we have used via HomeAway. The loft is apparently very new and is tastefully appointed and the large open concept is great. We enjoyed the patio even looking at the eight inches of snow we got one night. Then three nights later we were using the gas grill on the patio overlooking a beautiful view of the town. The way Jack followed up with all necessary information for the rental was superb. Next time in Fort Collins we know where we will be booking!

This loft was the absolutely perfect location!! It was so inviting and welcoming. It had everything you could possibly need for our stay. The view from the rooftop was looking out over Old town and the beautiful Colorado mountains in the distance and of course the amazing Colorado blue skies. Perfect Location

This property was perfect for us. We biked the nearby bike trails, attended 2 CSU volleyball games and experienced the Old Town area. The trees were beautiful and rental property exceeded our expectations. We parked our vehicle when we arrived and didn’t start it until our trip home. Maybe our best vacation ever.

We fell in love with Fort Collins the first time we visited. What kept us coming back was all the outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, rafting and cross country skiing. We always enjoyed using VRBO/Homeaway as renters, so it is now our goal to provide the same hospitality to those who rent from us. It's all about location and we chose Old Town because it is vibrant with breweries, shops, restaurants, summer concerts and events.

Top floor terrace provides beautiful views. Great for kicking back and relaxing or enjoying the vibrant Old Town.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The surrounding areas have so much to offer. Horsetooth Reservoir, Lory State Park, Poudre River, Big Thompson Canyon, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. With 300 + sunshine days and beautiful scenery it is a wonderful place to visit.
