Nestled right in the heart of Coeur D'Alene, our lake house is only a block from the lake and a 5 minute walk to Downtown Coeur D'Alene and all its offerings, yet tucked away on a quiet lot with a private backyard for privacy and peace.
Located in one of Coeur D’Alene’s most prestigious and sought after neighborhoods, Fort Grounds, a beautiful tree-lined street in a historic district tucked between North Idaho College and Downtown CDA, a sweet backdrop for new memories during your restful lake getaway. Because of its location and proximity to things, guests can enjoy biking around town, strolling to Downtown shops and restaurants, hiking at Tubbs Hill, taking kids to CDA’s many parks, kayaking, or to just chill and watch the sun set on beautiful Coeur d'Alene Lake.

This home is the perfect base for all of Coeur D'Alene holiday attractions and events. The home is situated a couple blocks from the lake which will be the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Walk along the 23 miles Centennial trail or hike along Tubbs Hill which is just a few minutes walk from the home. The Silverwood Family Theme park is also just a quick 25-minute drive for some summer fun. During winter time, the Silver Mountain Ski hill is only a quick 40 minute drive and offers world class skiing, and Schweitzer (the largest resort in Idaho and Washington) is just 1.5 hours away.
Our property is only a block from the lake and a 5 minute walk to and from Downtown Coeur D'Alene and the CDA Resort, yet tucked away on a quiet lot with a private backyard in a tree-lined street. The house is spacious and features gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout the entry, front sitting room (which is ideal for conversation and family bonding), family room, kitchen and dining room which are all in the main level. Top floor hallway, sitting area, and master bedroom also feature gorgeous hardwood flooring. The two other bedrooms are carpeted. Gas fireplaces in the family room & MBR, flat screen smart TVs, and a gorgeous fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters, wood cabinetry, and high-end kitchen appliances for easy meal prep, make this home an ideal place for entertaining or just relaxing with friends and family. The front porch and front yard, back patio and backyard, and upper patio makes it easy to come together and enjoy each other’s company or retreat for some alone time. Central air and heat throughout the house makes it very comfortable for sleeping and relaxing during the hot summer weather or cold winter nights. Parking is a premium in downtown CDA but our property comes with a street parking permit in front of the property and private parking at the back of the house.
