Great location

This is one of the best spots to rental a VRBO in the downtown area. Close to everything. The unit is set up well for couples or a large family. Only issue we had was the limitation of access to the suite above the garage. This detail wasn't clear in the description. Also, owner instructed they had a dog in the rear courtyard, which was also not in the description. Only disappointment. Otherwise, I would definitely rent this unit again if I only needed three bedrooms.

Amazing Memories in CDA

If VRBO choices are all about location, location, location …then this home is the tip top stop! Inside, soft, cozy, and stylish. The outside is all about gathering and community connection and ease. Amazing comunicatio as well which is always a pro! We highly recommend this home for a larger group in CDA. Hope to be back …

Great Place in CDA!

This was a perfect house for our stay during the Ironman 70.3 race weekend. Very close to the venue, lake, parks, playground for little ones, restaurants, etc. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. Street Parking was very convenient and close. Would recommend to anyone staying in CDA!

Wedding Weekend

The property was beautiful and the location was perfect. We had a small issue with closet space in the 2nd bedroom (king) and Dusty did his best to accommodate us. All in all, it was very enjoyable weekend celebrating our sons wedding!!!

Amazing!

Dusty was amazing and his house is gorgeous with a perfect location. We were in town for our wedding and he even left us some flowers and a sweet card. Will definitely stay again! If he ever sells it we wanna buy it! Haha!

Perfect location & great house!

Loved staying at this house! Had a group of couples here for a birthday party. Was easy to walk downtown. Front porch was perfect for hanging out. The house was very well maintained & had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again!

Wedding weekend

Overall the house was great and served our family exactly how we needed. It is the perfect walking distance to downtown. I will say that as a property manager myself, I was a little dissapointed by the expectation in which we were asked to leave the home upon our check out when we would be paying for a cleaning fee anyways. It was an amazing house in a great location and we would definitely recommend staying here, all things considered.

Beautiful property near everything!

The home was beautiful, even more so than the photos showed. We would definitely stay here again. So clean and well-appointed. There are cheaper places to stay, but this home is worth every penny!

Awesome rental house in the best location

We stayed at this beautiful house for 10 days and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! The house is very nice and has everything you need for your stay! We got to meet Dusty who was friendly and he answered any questions of ours right away! We even got to check in earlier than we anticipated! We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend this house to everyone! The house is located right downtown in Coeur d’ Alene and is in walking distance to everything! You won’t regret staying here at all! Thanks again for everything Dusty!

Quick trip

Excellent location easy to walk to downtown restaurants and shops. The full time next door residents are very friendly and informative of local restaurants, shops and happenings.

Loved our stay!

Best VRBO experience we’ve had to date! We were visiting for a family wedding and met the rest of mourning crew from CO and OR in Coeur d’Alene for a long weekend. This Vrbo was perfect to accommodate 3 couples and our 2 almost 2 year olds. Our favorite part was probably the front porch hang out zone! Tne location was absolutely perfect…just far enough away from downtown for parking to not be an issue, but easily within walking distance to all. Dusty, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions/requests we had! We would highly recommend!!!

Long Weekend Stay in CDA

This property is even better than the description. Perfect location for everything you will want to do in CDA. Our family of 6 stayed very comfortably. The home is super clean and very well stocked. Dusty is a superb host. We travel often, and this was one of our best stays!

Such a GREAT property!

Clean, comfortable and cozy! We used the kitchen and outdoor space every day. This property had everything we needed. Plus...it's close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, downtown and the lake. Dusty was gracious to answer all of my questions before arriving, he's very accommodating and just a text message away if needed. If we return to Coeur d'Alene we would definitely love to stay here again...it was PERFECT!
