Nuevo y galardonado desarrollo lujoso frente al mar. El diseñador de renombre mundial Phillipe Starck se asoció con Archictonica y el desarrollador de alta gama Related Group aporta una propiedad más allá de las palabras. Presentado en abril de 2010 Architectural Digest. Piscina infinita de 500 pies, spa privado, gimnasio, restaurantes en el lugar, bar en la playa, centro de negocios, sala de cine.

Nuestros 3 dormitorios, 3 baños - (2 dormitorios más una sala convertida en un dormitorio con una lujosa cama queen, TV de pantalla plana de 35 ', almacenamiento y hermosas puertas de madera y ónix), totalizan 1903 pies cuadrados y se encuentran en el 8 ° piso en la Torre 2. We really enjoyed staying at Icon Vallarta. The condo was clean and spacious. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony, and easy access to the beach. Thanks to Gail, the owner and Rangel, the property manager, our stay at the condo was perfect. Looking forward to going back next year.

A beautiful home in paradise. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching whales breach in the Bay along with all the activities on the beach. The home is like living in an art gallery creating a cheery atmosphere. The location in the Hotel Zone was perfect, providing quiet time when needed. The host was responsive and provided all the information we needed. What you see online is what you get. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Icon.

Absolutely amazing views. We stayed during rainy season, which meant beautiful hot days and storms most evenings. The light shows were so fun to watch!! And during the day the views were gorgeous. The place is huge for 2 people, loved having a front and back deck. We really enjoyed the property, the pool was great for cooling off. Excellent pool side service from the beach bar, and everything we ordered was also very tasty. We would love to come back and would highly recommend!

Wow! What an amazing place!

This place was all that we hoped for and more. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to make us feel at home. During our walks on the beach we didn't see a single property that looked more appealing than the Icon Vallarta. I'm sure that there are new properties much farther north or south, but not in such a convenient location.

Exceeds Expectations

This is a well appointed unit with incredible views. Our group of four enjoyed using the kitchen to whip up breakfasts and a few fish dinners ( caught by our expert anglers) and loved lounging on both decks -- depending on the sun exposure. This was our second visit to this unit and 50th trip to Puerto Vallarta . Love the artwork and paint colors.

Icon Vallarta spectacular new beach front

The Icon Vallarta spectacular new beach front was an incredible condo to stay in. Location is fabulous in Tower 2, with state of the art high tech luxury. The decor, addition to detail and quality of linens made this easily a 5 star condo. The owner was extremely cordial and professional making us comfortable during our vacation. In addition, recommendations were outstanding for dinner, activities, etc. I would absolutely recommend this condo to someone who is accustomed to luxury and looking for that spectacular vacation!

Living in a bit of paradise

We chose this property for several reasons. One it was like staying in an art gallery surrounded by exquisite pieces covering every wall. Two, it was ocean front and had extremely comfortable furniture. So many rentals have furniture you can’t stand to sit on for more than a few minutes. I loved going out on the balcony to listen to the waves and watch the little boats coming and going. This unit is extraordinarily large. While it was more than we needed, it was wonderful. It was quiet when we rented in May so we had no trouble with noise, loungers, etc. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. After a tough year health wise, it was a bit of heaven

Dear Gail, Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful Puerto Vallarta condo with us. We had the best vacation ever!! The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. It is beautifully decorated and we love the location. The unit is well stocked with everything you need to cook a big meal or to simply relax. It's clean and very comfortable. The open air living was the best! - The sliders to the terrace open completely so you feel the breeze and hear the waves crashing on the shore. The view from the terrace is fantastic! The two master bedrooms are at the back of the unit and they too have the open sliders with wonderful views of the mountains, and marina. My favorite thing about having them open was the smell and sounds of Mexico in the morning. I love the smell of breakfasts cooking, the flowers, the sounds of the birds, people sweeping, and children on their way to school. I feel like Mexico is my home in those moments. We appreciated the Icon property for its quiet beauty, lovely art, comfortable outdoor seating/lounging, and the wonderful scenic views. The pools are incredible and it was delightful to be able to walk for miles on an un-obstructed beach with gorgeous views. The beach is lovely, not crowded and the waves were spectacular. We made fast friends with Benjamin, a beach vendor who sold beautiful blankets. We used the services of the beach bar several times and the food was incredible! We spent a good part of our trip exploring all of Puerto Vallarta proper and took trips to our favorite locations: Bucerias and to Boca de Tomatlan and Chico’s Paradise. We very much enjoy visiting neighborhood restaurants and seeing sights that might not be on the list of touristy things to do. We were in a central location at the condo so it was easy to travel either North or South by taxi, bus or van to explore new places. We found several new restaurants that we loved and made new friends everywhere we went. It was such a pleasure meeting you Gail and we all hope to see you again on a return trip to your lovely condo! Christmas in PV at the ICON

Stayed at the ICON several times but never at Christmas/NY and likely would not pick that time again. The development was beyond max capacity with a serious shortage of beach chairs and space leading to many uncomfortable skirmishes between security and patrons. We had six adults at this unit and while it has a gorgeous view and very comfortable bedding the third bedroom has no storage and is very tight for adults.

A gem of a condo in the beautiful Icon property.

Here are some of the things we enjoyed about staying in Gail's condo and at the Icon. On our arrival the Property Manager met us, took us up to the unit and showed us around and explained different things to us. Leo was also available to assist us with a couple of other questions we had during our stay. The condo was very tastefully decorated, from the colour scheme used throughout to all the beautiful art work. The view from the balcony was outstanding and we especially enjoyed the lights from PV at night as well as the fireworks! Gail's condo has a well stocked kitchen if you choose to cook in, plenty of towels and very comfy beds. The bottle water service was a nice touch as it was inexpensive and delivered to the condo. The concierges and beach bar staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Gail was most accommodating, promptly replying to any emails we sent and went over and above to ensure us and our family had tickets for the New Year's Eve party. We would definitely recommend this condo unit to our family and friends!

Pictures do not do this place justice. Condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable with every necessity you could need. Pool was perfect along with beach bar with reasonable prices and great service. You can walk for miles on the beach. The best part was the view! Morning coffees and evening cocktails, fireworks over the ocean. Grocery store is a 3 min walk. Central location and so easy to order pizza right to the room! We are already plannning our trip back. Don’t hesistate book today :)

truly awesome vacation

The unit is spectacula, and breath-taking, the scenery is so beautiful. You need to see it with your own eyes. At night the view is enchanting. My guests loved walking on the beach every morning barefooted, no shells or rocks. The pools, jacuzzi, sauna and the gym were very accessible. Everyone was so friendly. The beach bar had very cold beer and the waiters were friendly, almost like family. And the food was awesome at the beach bar and the restaurant. The concierge(s) were most helpful and so cordial. This is one of our most awesome vacations. Gail was so accommodating with my transaction for this unit. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Stunning views

We had the best stay in this beautifully decorated condo.. Gail took extra care in choosing everything in the Condo to make her guests stay as comfortable as possible. At the end of the day you can be sure to get a good nights sleep on the comfortable beds. Sorianas grocery store is a very short walk from the condo.. there you will find everything you need to make your stay even more pleasant. The wait staff at the beach bar and restaurant are very attentive, the food is delicious and well priced. We made a great friend in Jose Luis.. be sure to look him up he will make sure all your needs are met whether you are sipping drinks by the pool or grabbing a bite at the beach bar. The pools are very impressive, quiet and tranquil. We will definitely be back for another great stay at this condo.

Puerto Vallarta Nirvana

From the airport I knew this would be a good experience. The property manager Leo picked us up for a nominal fee which was well worth it to avoid the time share pitches and the hassle of finding a cab. It was great to have a friendly face greet you after a long journey. Upon arrival to the condo we were blown away by the view as well as the beautiful condo. Everything you need is in this well appointed and very tastefully decorated unit. In short order we were in the 500ft long pool and were 3 of about 5 people swimming. Unlike a resort where you need to reserve pool chairs early in the morning we had 3 chairs apiece to spread out. The beach bar and restaurant has great food and the prices are very reasonable. The location is perfect with a restaurant "mall" by the Peninsula Condos about .5 miles offering a Steak house, Italian, Mexican, Starbucks etc.. Also the condo has a full size grocery store a block away. The staff was exceptional with any request we had and seemed genuinely happy to help you. Gail (the owner)is quick to respond to any questions or concerns which has made this a hassle free booking. Cabs are easy and cheap anywhere you want to go. We took and cab 30 miles and it was $15. I highly recommend a place in the hills above downtown for dinner that has a great view and food (lobster tails) called El Palomar de Gonzalez. I can't wait to come back for another visit!

No hassle PV holiday

Your apartment condo was wonderful. Large and expansive with great views. No issues whatsoever. Pictures and description totally realistic and accurate. Your personal touches and art work were an added bonus, and show that you really care as a landlord. Excellent value for the money. We look forward to staying again, and would recommend to friends looking for a sunny no hassle locale. Our family of four with two teenage girls had a great time and found plenty of self administered beach and town activities to occupy our week.

I like Puerto Vallarta because the restaurants are amazing, the people are friendly and happy, the town is very artistic with the Artwalk on Weds nites in high season. It is very safe and not at all like the perception our news brings us of Mexico. Icon is only a 5-10 minute drive from the airport.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I love to workout in the air conditioned fitness center while watching the waves. I almost always know other people at the bar and they are very interesting, intelligent and creative. I fell like i'm in Alice in Wonderland with the unique Phillipe Starck designs.
