Overview
A short walk to the most beautiful white sandy beaches in our part of the world. Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a modest gated beach community with deeded beach access. You will be close to the beach, bike trails, shopping and restaurants. Feel at home with full access to all of our common areas. Living room, dining room, kitchen and backyard patio and pool area. As hosts, we are super laid back and love to meet new people!

Located in the heart of the Emerald Coast between Destin and Sandestin, our home is the perfect spot for your next family vacation or group getaway. With enough space to accommodate up to 10 guests, you'll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy all the Emerald Coast has to offer.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy kitchen and living space with comfortable seating and modern decor. The living room is the perfect place to gather with your group and catch up on old times, play games, or watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances, accessories and all the tools you'll need to whip up a delicious meal.

However, the real magic happens outside! Step out onto the large covered patio and you'll find an outdoor living area complete with a grill, TV, outdoor bluetooth speakers and plenty of seating for your whole group. Enjoy a cold drink and a good book, or just take in the sunshine. Just a few steps away, you'll find the large sparkling heatable pool and spa (seasonal heating fees apply, see rates below). Take a dip to cool off or soak in the soothing spa after a long day. And when the sun goes down, gather around the fire pit under the stars for some quality family time.

When ready to call it a night, head into one of the four comfortable bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, large soaking garden tub, and separate shower. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds and flat-screen TVs, while the fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. If needed, the living room hosts a sleeper sofa. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway.

Private beach access is a quick 8-min walk from the property while just a short drive or bike ride away from some of the best attractions Destin has to offer. Spend your days lounging on the beach, deep sea fishing, or shopping at Destin Commons or outlet mall. When it's time to refuel, head over to one of the many fantastic restaurants in the area or grab some fresh seafood to cook up in the fully equipped kitchen.

Pool & Spa Fees & Features
The pool and spa are heatable if desired to include the ability to control various features and options via an automated touch panel (ex. lights, waterfalls, bubblers, etc.).

Spa: Two (2) operating modes of choice: with or without heat. There is no charge for heat which is set at 98 degrees. If a higher setting is preferred, please let us know (max. 100 degrees).

Pool: There is an additional daily fee of $50 to heat and maintain the pool (14,125 gallons) at 88 degrees (maximum). For reservations 6 nights or longer please inquire for a weekly rate.

Pool Rules
Detailed pool rules are located in the Guest Book and we encourage reviewing these in detail and strictly enforce them for the safety of you and your guests as well as to avoid any additional charges for damage. In addition, rules are posted around the pool along with a safety flotation device for emergency use only.

Cameras
There is an exterior camera overlooking the driveway which actively records video and a doorbell camera that records both audio and video. In addition, there are 3 cameras in the backyard that are only active during cleaning & maintenance activities and disabled during guest stays. As the backyard area is not actively monitored during a reservation, please be aware that Incident Response services will not be summoned. Please dial 911 in case of emergency.

Pets
Our pet friendly home gives your fur babies access to our backyard with a built-in doggy door large enough for medium sized dogs. There will be a $150 non-refundable fee for pets. This will be $150 total, not per pet. Please let us know you are bringing a pet so we can make proper arrangements for cleaners (limit 2 pets).

Please note: While there are plenty of dog-friendly places in South Walton, the county does not allow all dogs on the beach (only by permit for county residents and land owners). In addition, pets are required to be on a leash in public places, parks, playgrounds, etc.

Outdoor Heaters (Fall & Winter)
For those cool brisk Florida evenings, there's an electrical, radiant heater mounted on the inside ceiling of the covered patio as well as portable outdoor tower propane heater. In addition, there's also a fire pit available year-round for your enjoyment.

Garage Access
Although the garage is accessible, it is not completely clear of our personal belongings as we visit periodically throughout the year. However, there will be plenty of space for your beach toys, luggage, or other items you may wish to store during your visit.

Parking
Our driveway can accommodate up to four cars; however, if you have four large vehicles, it would be tricky. If you have any questions about this, please let me know and I can tell you if your vehicles will all fit. Overnight parking on the street is not allowed.
