Low grade rental
I will start out with the positives. The beds were soft and comfortable. The towel service was great at providing clean smelling towels. The beach access was wonderful. The paint and decorations were cute.
The negatives - the cleaning service must be terrible. There was hair on the floor, didn't even sweep behind the door of the bathroom - there were clumps of hair and even a scrunchie! You can't miss a scrunchie.
The beds all looked like a three year old made them up. I was beginning to have doubts if they had even changed the sheets - but they did appear clean and were tucked in at the top. But the fitted sheets on EVERY BED were not even on properly. The bedskirts were a complete mess.
There was NO WAY to watch TV in the living room. There were five remote controls - three had NO batteries. One had half the batteries and one had dead batteries. I bought new batteries for the actual TV remote and it still didn't work because a dog had chewed on it so badly it wouldn't work. There was a box sitting there (unopened/still taped shut) that said Spectrum on it. So we opened it and it had a roku-type device in it. I spent and hour trying to figure out how to program it and create an account - to which I had to do a factory reset at the end of our stay. All this just to be able to WATCH TV.
The toilets would not flush properly. The dryer took 4 hours to dry a SMALL load of laundry....we looked under the house and the dryer vent is literally a fire hazard - completely clogged.
