The house was perfect for our large group! It was quiet with pretty scenery but still not too far from town if you need something. House was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Great place to stay over the 4th for our annual friends trip. House accommodated everyone nicely and was very high end. Very close to town and 5 minutes from small reservoir our 12 year old insisted on fishing everyday! Perfect place, would be making offer to buy if they were selling!

This house was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the spectacular views. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Since the house had no AC, it did get a little warm, but our weather that week was higher temps than normal. It cooled down at night when we opened the windows. We would stay here again for sure.

Amazing location, lovely home

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The home decor is lovely and has all the basic amenities that one needed for a comfortable stay. The location was just perfect, close enough to key attractions and far enough from the busy towns. I can’t say enough good things about this listing and I hope we can come back to visit again.

The property was beautiful. They had just decorated for Christmas which I loved. The kitchen was large and had everything you would need to cook. There are also two refrigerators, plenty of room for all the food and drinks we brought. We were able to sit around the large dining room table to play games and eat together. The hot tub was such a great place to sit and soak during the cool evenings. We were there for my 60th birthday celebration, and the hosts added a 'happy birthday' sign hanging over the fireplace. It was a very thoughtful touch. And the woodburning fireplace made the place feel so warm and cozy. We would love to stay here again in the future.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the place is impeccably maintained and set in a charming location. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms have ample space and seating, making it easy for everyone to gather and enjoy each other's company. At the same time, the house offers plenty of nooks and crannies for those moments when you need a little peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of family life - we all need that sometimes, right?The hot tub was another standout feature, meticulously maintained and offering a perfect spot to unwind, even on cooler evenings. Plus, the property's proximity to Manitou Lake adds to the overall appeal, providing easy access to even more natural beauty and outdoor activities.Overall, this property is a gem, ideal for both group gatherings and personal relaxation. Highly recommended!

We were impressed right away with the beauty, cleanliness, spaciousness, and yet cozy feeling of this home! It offered us all we needed and more for our family reunion! The kitchen had all the necessities plus an extra fridge in the garage for needed extra room – it was perfect for meal prep and we enjoyed all sitting around the table with each meal. All the rooms were nicely decorated and had everything that we needed for our stay. The host stayed in contact with us for anything we may have needed. The only hiccup we had was it was advertised as being 12.7 miles to Larkspur and with us attending the Ren fair and Elitch Park, we needed to travel each day over 60 miles instead to get to these locations . But would definitely recommend this beautiful getaway home!
