Beach Life Down is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Oceanview Duplex located in Atlantic Beach. This is perfect spot for easy beach access. Take a break from the heat on the front covered patio with a picnic table and enjoy lunch in the shade. After a day at the beach rinse off the salt in the H/C enclosed outside shower. Your dog will enjoy it too! Great spot to experience the real Beach Life.
Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and Smart TV with basic cable. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds. There is also a Living Room with Smart TV, basic cable, and DVD Player.
Level 2: Rents Separately - see Beach Life Up
Discount available when you book 2 or more weeks in Beach LIfe Up or Beach Life Down or if you book both Beach Life Up and Beach Life Down together. Ask your vacation rental specialist for details!

Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum Year Round.
