Get ready for a seaside retreat at Molly's Beachside Cottage! This Almost Oceanfront House offers 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths as well as your own Private Elevator!
Bedroom 1 provides a King Bed, Smart TV, Private Full Bath, and Private Deck Access. Bedroom 2 provides a Queen Bed, Smart TV, and access to the Shared Full Bath. Bedroom #3 offers a Twin Bed and access to the Shared Full Bath. Enjoy surrounding views from inside or out as well as the complimentary beachy breezes.
Amenities: 3 Smart TVs with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and More including 1 TV with Basic Cable; Wireless High Speed Internet; HVAC, Ceiling Fans. Interior Washer/Dryer. Hair Dryers; Iron/Ironing Board. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Keurig Coffee Maker, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Ice Maker, Garbage Disposal, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and Blender. Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
