Aloha and thank you for your review. Glad we could take care of you and your family and hope to have you back. This villa has a lot of charm and stocked with everything a guest need's for their tropical Hawaiian vacation. The view is amazing and just a short walk to beach Anaehoomalu Bay, shopping, some shave ice, and resturants at The Kings Shops.

Lovely Summer Getaway!

We had a wonderful time on the Big Island! The condo was perfect for our four person family. It was clean and had all the supplies we needed to cook our own meals. It's also located close to many great beaches, hiking trails and shops. We can't wait return!

Perfect

Lovely, clean, well-furnished home in a convenient location near the King’s Shops and Queens Marketplace, half hour walk to Hilton Waikoloa (if you’re attending a meeting). Easy check in and check out. Easy access to highway to go where ever you want to go.

Winter in Waikoloa

Spent 4 weeks in Waikoloa and loved every minute of it. This location is great to wonderful beaches, hiking shopping and restaurants. The condo was perfect. Supplied with everything we needed and very clean. We will book this unit again.

Great location and superb accommodation. Everything you need is provided. Minor weakness is the second bedroom is small for two adults however the couches provide alternative sleeping space.

Perfect Stay

My husband and I stayed with our 12 and 14 year old children and it was perfect. The villa was spacious and amazingly clean. Everything you need is there for you to enjoy your stay. The kitchen has everything if you desire to cook or the restaurants and market are a very short walk away. Chairs and beach towels are provided as well. The property is gorgeous and we enjoyed the pool and the grill. The property manager was available and amazingly helpful. We would go back tomorrow!!

It’s a beautiful condo, well equipped and perfectly located. We stayed there last fall and were going to return. Two days before our stay was to begin, I was hospitalized. We will definitely try again.

Nice property in good location

It was nice and clean and in a good location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The one thing I didn't like is the AC can't be adjusted lower than 74 or it will shut off. I am a warm sleeper and this was not great for me. Its advertised as having AC should note that the ac will be limited. Pool area is smaller but when we went we were able to get the last seat available.. Unit is very nice and clean

Aloha, thank you for your feedback and renting our tropical villa. AC systems is as new split system and can be controlled by remote control. It does run very efficiently, and temp is set at recommended settings. Fairway Villas has an infinity pool and glad you were able to get seating. We hope to have you back in the near future.

An exceptional place

The property is conveniently situated, quiet, and well maintained. The pool was always busy--it might be a bit small considering the size of the property. Otherwise, the unit's decor is very tasteful and captures the Aloha spirit. The kitchen is roomy and very well stocked with utensils. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, the lanai--where we spent the bulk of our time-- has an impressive view of the lagoon and Kings Shops framed by a plumeria that thankfully covered the view of golfers teeing off.

The other residents of the condo complex, however, acted like it was a retirement village, harassing our teen and other teens from other units when they went to the pool or walked around outside. Some clearly resent that units have been rented as vacation rentals.

A few dollars short

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental quality was just not as expected. Thankfully, our Property Manager was very responsive and extremely helpful during the stay. She addressed every issue to the best of her ability and was very accommodating. However, the place is in need of repair.There was no hot water in the kitchen sink upon arrival. After the plumber came to adjust and check the lines, the sink would get hot after 5-10 min of running the water. The kuerig on property shorted out immediately upon use. Tried other outlets, still dead. The guest shower made a very annoying high pitch squeal when we first turned it on and it squealed the whole time while running. Thankfully, PM adjusted water pressure which helped but it would still squeal occasionally. The head needs to be replaced.The master bath tub was basically unusable. The water faucet was so caked with calcium that it would take hours to fill. That being said, the bath tub plug didn’t work so it was pointless to try. PM replaced faucet and provided tub plug options. The AC units are very hard to get right. They are either entirely unresponsive, or unable to properly regulate temp and the whole place is freezing. Had a few night where the ac wouldn’t work at all. This was all very frustrating to deal with on a work trip with my wife and a newborn baby in tow.

On arrival, the unit was clean and welcoming. Our only problem was with the cleaning service. After we had been in residence for a week, we received a telephone call at 5;25 AM. I did not get to the phone before a message was left and that message was so garbled that I could only understand a couple of words. I was asked to call a number which I could not understand to schedule a cleaning. We never were contacted again so did not get a weekly cleaning. Other than that, our stay was fantastic.
