Welcome to TinkerTown #6 cottage, a serene setting for our brand new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage located a short stroll to the beach and Nantucket Sound; 3/10. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay including a fully stocked sun filled kitchen, washer/dryer, AC, and high-speed internet. The master bedroom has its own luxury bathroom, and the guest room has two twin beds that can be arranged as a king-size bed upon request. Across the hall from the guest room is a second full bath with a tub. There's an intimate living room with a gas fireplace and a cozy sitting area. Outside, there are two patios and an outdoor shower. One patio is located off the master bedroom and the other is located off the kitchen and includes a gas Weber grill and outdoor furniture, perfect for soaking up the sun or winding down after a day at the beach.

If you need more than two bedrooms, we also offer a mirrored 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage, #8, right next door with the same amenities. You can book the entire 4-bedroom, 4-bath duplex cottage for your stay on Cape Cod! Listing 3747787

A Perfect Cottage Getaway in South Yarmouth!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cottage, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, the cottage exuded a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for morning strolls and sunset views. We loved the peacefulness of the area, yet it was still close enough to local restaurants, shops, and attractions. It offered the best of both worlds: a quiet, relaxing retreat with plenty to do nearby. The outdoor space was a real highlight for us. We enjoyed sitting outside with a cup of coffee in the mornings and grilling out in the evenings. The yard was beautifully landscaped and provided a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring the Cape. The hosts were fantastic, always available if needed and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. We felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. If you're looking for a cozy, comfortable, and conveniently located spot in South Yarmouth, this cottage is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Beautiful home

Close to beach and Rt 28. Nice area for walking and riding our bikes. We had a great week. The house is all updated and the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice.

This home perfectly encapsulates the spirit of Cape Cod, offering charm and modern comfort that makes for an idyllic retreat. The interior is a delightful mix of soft, neutral tones and natural textures, evoking the calming influence of the sea. The outdoor space is one of the home's many highlights, offering two private patio areas and well-maintained lawn. Additionally, the outdoor shower is a delightful touch, perfect for rinsing off after a day spent at the beach (which was made particulary enjoyable with the thoughtful inclusion of a wagon and beach chairs). Whether you're an early riser looking to catch the sunrise or someone who enjoys evening walks by the shore, this spot is perfect. Nearby, quaint shops and local eateries add to the authentic Cape experience. The owners are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. From providing recommendations to ensuring the home was spotless and well-stocked, their hospitality added to our wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

The Perfect Cape Cod Cottage Experience

As a family of three from NYC with a 1-year-old, we sought a comfortable retreat with ample outdoor space and conveniently located near the beach, playgrounds, and restaurants. Our stay at this Cape Cod cottage exceeded our expectations. The charming cottage is just a 5-minute walk from the pristine beach, with sidewalks all the way. The house was squeaky clean and felt newly renovated. The expansive outdoor area was perfect for kids to play and having dinners under the stars. The fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances and a large walk-in pantry, made meal prep a breeze. The bedrooms were cozy retreats with high-quality linens and mattresses comparable to a 5-star hotel. The fast high-speed Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The cottage is located at the end of a dead-end street, making it safe for kids to play. Convenient all-terrain wagons made it easy to transport beach essentials, and the large yard with fluffy grass and an outdoor shower was a hit. We visited nearby restaurants, waterparks, mini-golf, and playgrounds only minutes from the cottage. The cottage is connected to an identical unit, perfect for two families vacationing together while having their own space. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and responsive, ensuring a memorable stay. Our Cape Cod cottage experience exceeded all expectations, offering a perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We look forward to returning!

South Yarmouth, TinkerTown, is a quick walk to three public beaches on Nantucket Sound, Skipper's restaurant, ice cream and down the street from the Water Park. Plenty of dining for families and fine dining for date night.

TinkerTown is a serene quiet setting back from any busy road, quiet, private and easy walk to so much. Our cottages are brand new with all the amenities for a great Cape stay.
