We were looking for a property late in the season so used VRBO. The only good part was the house, it’s beautiful and a perfect location! Whomever owns it should definitely move realtors. Booked through VRBO, sent messages asking questions through VRBO (the host) to finally call and realize they were going to cancel my res. This place has no business on VRBO if they don’t answer.Moving on, non of the overhead fans worked correctly. All of the TVs were unplugged on arrival. I was told not to go to the property early but they would call if it was ready, that was a lie. I never went to the property but I arrived at 9 AM with my chihuahua and patiently waited, and drove all day back and forth up the beach road. There was never a single car there. Meaning this company also lies about letting someone know if their place is ready early. Finally, they call us the Monday we return home. We missed it but were excited to hear they were looking into all of the broken fixtures in the house that we called about so that the next family didn’t have to deal with such a disappointing experience. But no, this unhinged crazy woman from Carolina shores left a message about us maybe having a hamster…if you could see the mouth drop on my family when we heard that message. They have major appliances that don’t work and they are calling asking us if we have a hamster??? We paid the fee for the two dogs we brought. We called about the broken fans. This company is the last place to trust for rentals
