Coachella Oasis is your one stop getaway for some well-deserved R&R... Our home is centrally located in the Coachella Valley and boasts an open floor plan. No expense was spared in the remodel of this home, from the newly painted white walls to the brand new large saltwater pool and spa, Coachella Oasis will surpass all your vacation needs.

The space

With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths, this property will meet and exceed your families’ vacation rental expectations. The enormous backyard features high walls ensuring peace and privacy, along with a recently added 30 foot pool and Spa, with a corn hole area.

Pull up to the property where you will notice an attached garage that is available to guests and provides 3 contained parking spaces while the driveway offers an additional 3 parking spaces to our guests.

Step into the light and airy kitchen featuring stunning quartz like counter tops. Smell the coffee percolating while you whip up a round of scrambled eggs and pancakes on the 4-burner gas stove. Toss a pan of bacon in the oven and soon all the family will start gathering. The kitchen also includes additional standard appliances such as a Fridge/Freezer and dishwasher to meet all your culinary/dining needs. In addition to the coffee maker, this kitchen is fully equipped with an air fryer, pots, pans, spices and baking sheet. Furthermore, there are table settings and glassware available for at least 12 people.

When it is time to dine, a cozy wood table located directly off the kitchen comfortably seats up to 8 individuals.

Have a little free time on your hands? Enjoy a spirited billiards game with family and friends. Perhaps consider wagering a friendly bet. Loser cooks the next meal? Or watch a sporting event or movie on the 75 inch TV with streaming subscriptions services (Netflix, HBOMAX, etc..) included while lounging on the cozy couch.

Afterwards, a short jaunt outside offers an impressive peak into the splendor of desert living. The spacious backyard includes plenty of turf for the kids to run around and burn energy. The wood pergola covered patio provides a nice shady retreat for those who need to cool off for a bit. As the sun sets, flip on the twinkling white lights hung above the backyard. Relax with a glass of wine while the smell of a juicy steak (cooking on the gas grill) entices you enjoy a family dinner under the stars.

Top off a magical evening watching the desert sky come to life while roasting marshmallows around the gas firepit and comfortably lounging.

For those who prefer a little indoor relaxation, this property offers free wifi and air conditioning/heating to guarantee that you are able to enjoy all the comforts of home.

Looking to sneak away for an afternoon nap? The luxurious and spacious Master Suite features a king-sized bed, spacious closets, and views of the private backyard and stunning pool & spa. After an exhausting day of concert merriment, cool off in the large walk-in shower. Or relax tense muscles by soaking in the spacious tub after a day of hiking around The Living Desert. Both options are offered within the Master Suite, which also features dual sinks helping to shorten wait time (and save marriages).

The second bedroom features a Queen size bed, TV with streaming subscription services and a closet.

Bedroom 3 includes two twin-sized beds and a walk-in closet to appease over-packers.

Our spacious living room area includes a day bed, with a trundle bed located directly underneath the bed frame providing additional sleeping options. Have some additional guests that need a place to crash? A queen size air mattress is also available!

And because we understand that sometimes accidents happen, a fully-equipped laundry room with high-efficiency washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available on premise to fit all of your personal cleaning needs.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM, local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation, ask management for early/late check out fees

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
No, our home has a keyless entry system and each stay gets their own private code.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, pots and pans. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig k-cup coffee. We provide bath towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Yes, a $250 Pet fee with a two pet maximum.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, if you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $75 daily (24-hour period) and we offer complimentary spa heat. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation so payment can be made prior to guest arrival.

Seasonal warnings: Our management team does our absolute best to keep the home in its' best condition. There are a few things outside of our control that will be dealt with as best we can.

Spring: high winds and dust storms can cause damage, please close all umbrellas after use. We do our best to keep the pools clean but dirt may also be blown into the pool.

Summer: Excessive heat will cause the pool to be very warm and there is no way for us to cool it. Locals typically empty bags of ice into the pool to lower its temperature.

Late Summer: Every 4 or so years there is a migration of boatman bugs, they take up residence in the pools and are very difficult to get rid of. They are harmless, but our local pool companies do their best to minimize them.
