The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 twin beds

* 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa in living room, *fully equipped kitchen with all basics

*hair dryer and iron for your convenience

*beautiful ocean view from the balcony, it’s a pleasant and cozy place, very comfortable and best spot in the center of MB!



Guest Access:

*Pool access with Green pool key only (green pool key must be returned to apartment)

* Free parking with parking pass only (Parking Pass will wait for you in the apartment on the cork board). Only 1 parking spot available. Motorcycles aren’t allowed.

*NO mailbox for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*Washer and dryer available in the apartment.

Located across the street from the ocean, close to ocean Blvd., close to Family Kingdom and all main attractions.

Getting Around:

You can use a car or taxi or Uber to get around the city.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO mailbox for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

Her steel was overall good had problems with the parking pass our first night however after we got that we enjoyed the rest of our stay the beach was nice the location was great we had great views and I thank Emily for letting us stay there.

Strict rules

We were at the pool around 130 in the evening and the manger said she got complaints about us being loud.. you’re outside at a pool.. make that make sense

Good and bad

We liked the location, the air conditioner leaked in the kitchen floor, the balcony sliding door did not work, there was mold on the bathroom walls, bed mattresses were very hard. We had 3 couples staying with three cars, unaware that you could only park one vehicle on premises, upon arrival we immediately had two tickets on window before we unloaded luggage, thankfully they forgave us for the tickets. We had to pay for parking at the parking lot across street, however the security guard, Al, was a great guy and very friendly, doing his job! Go Al!!! Thankfully the guy across the street gave us a discount for parking our vehicles on his lot! We still enjoyed our stay afterall.

Wasn’t satisfied

Wasn’t able to check in when we first landed I reached out and told her that we would be getting In town early! Apparently it took 4 hours for the cleaning ppl to clean the unit so we had to sit around and wait to get in the room! Never seen any cleaning ppl tbh! Then me and my family put the red and white parking pass back where we found it which was on the cork board but she’s trying to tell me that her cleaning ppl and the maintenance ppl didn’t see it when I know for a fact that’s where I put it!!! Now she wanna charge me and extra 50 for a tag that I put back. Overall that’s the only bad experience I had I would recommend if you book with this lady that you take pictures of where you placed the pool pass and parking pass so she don’t get over on you!!!

Great location, a very short walk to the beach access (1 1/2 street). One car parking is fine, just have to hunt the shade so the car isn't too hot for your next ride, but there was always a lot of free places. Condo is good but not great. The temperature seems to play a big role in messing up with doors and frames, making the front door and patio door hard to open at least during summer. Might it would be better during the winter. Condo was clean. AC unit was working very hard to keep the place cool, but the main bedroom is the furthest from the main AC source, and there was a noticeable difference in temperature compared to the other bedroom, at least a couple of degrees. If you are a polar bear, you will find this a tad hot to sleep. If you are normal, it's fine. Kitchen was well furnished, except for a few odd things (measuring cups, scissors, metal pan for the oven). There is just a few toilet paper rolls available. So you'll need to buy some if you stay more than 2-3 days. Same thing for dishwasher soap, there is not that many tableware, so you have to clean the dishes every other day. We had 3 dishwasher pods, had to buy more. I don't expect to have to bring things like this when I rent a place like this, so this was a tad annoying. The reason why I dropped a star from my review are the mattresses. They are not comfortable. The Queen bed is the worst, I was digging in that bed more than I should have. Single beds are passable for kids.
