Escape to our newly built and elegantly furnished 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home, perfectly designed to host your large group. Located in a picturesque setting of Florida, our vacation home offers a blend of relaxation, entertainment, and breathtaking views of the Indian River where frequent encounters with manatees and dolphins add to the enchantment.

Our expansive property boasts 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for your group. Three of our bedrooms are master suites, each featuring an en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Two of the master suites situated by the pool each feature their own dedicated air conditioning units for individual climate control and comfort. Another room is designed for larger groups or families, with 2 bunk beds that can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. For flexible sleeping arrangements in another bedroom offers 2 double beds, providing flexibility for various group sizes.

Convenient access to a pool bath ensures you can enjoy the pool area without having to go through the main living spaces.

The open floor plan allows for seamless flow between the living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere for gatherings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, a large fridge, and plenty of counter space, making meal preparation a breeze for your large group.

Beat the hot Florida heat with our commercial-sized ice machine in the garage, perfect for filling up coolers for your beach trips.

Enjoy the convenience of a wet bar, perfect for mixing up your favorite cocktails and beverages.

Step outside to our generous pool deck and outdoor area, complete with comfortable seating, a large TV, a grill, and a panoramic view of the Florida Indian River Lagoon.

Guests have access to our paddle boards, allowing you to explore the lagoon at your own pace, or hop on one of our bikes to discover the charming town nearby.

Our home is ideally situated for exploring the vibrant town nearby, offering a range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

The lagoon provides opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and more.

As a guest, you will enjoy complete and private access to the entire property, along with all the amenities and features this home has to offer. At this time, the Boat Lifts are not for guests use.

You'll find ample parking space with your own private driveway, making it a breeze to park your cars. Plus, the neighborhood features a convenient stoplight for easy access to A1A, ensuring quick and straightforward routes to wherever you want to go.
