Great view of the gulf and beach. Location was amazing albeit at a very busy, loud intersection. Didn’t bother us at all and was not a problem at night. Many walkable restaurants and close to Bridge street. Because there is no public parking close the beach right in front never had many people on it. Pool was also very nice and a good option. The Condo itself is fine, not fancy and could use some upgrades but this rental is all about the location in my opinion and we will be back! Love Anna Maria island.

Loved Our Stay

The place was exactly as shown. Truly a beautiful place with all the essentials needed in an apartment. The sunsets from the balcony were put of this world. Rex was amazing on making sure we were comfortable. Thank you for sharing your place with us. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location! Quick walks to restaurants, shops and the beach! Great layout of the condo -we had tons of space! Owner is super quick responding! We did not have any issues with anything!

Property was right across street from beach that was never crowded.. many restaurants nearby.beds very comfy. Condo very large and room for all. Will visit again

Family beach view condo

The condo was very nice . Location was excellent, close to everything. The only negative is that this condo is on a very busy intersection . It was very noisy if you wanted to sit outside on the deck and enjoy the ocean and the view .

Beautiful Property on a Beautiful Beach

We loved it so much, we're already planning to go back next year! This condo is HUGE and is the best-equipped place we have stayed. There is so much attention to detail; everything you need is available and the property is beautiful. You can tell that the owners have thought of anything and everything you'll need to have a fabulous beach vacation. FIVE STARS all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing views!!

What an amazing condo with spectacular views. We saw dolphins mutilple times from the balcony. We loved the location of the beach and how it wasn't as busy as other areas. There are a ton of restaurants in walking distance. The kids loved the pool for a break from the sand. My only comment would be for light sleepers as this specific condo is at the intersection of a main road. We are already planning to come back and rent from Rex in the future! Thanks for an amazing first trip to Anna Maria Island!!

The property has a fantastic layout that maximizes space and the location is within walking distance to one of our favorite restaurants (Wicked Cantina). Private balcony is spacious with direct views of the sunset. The only downside is being on the end/corner unit where Cortez Rd meets Gulf Drive. Overall it was not an impostion but it does get a little noisy when on the balcony. There is a short walk for taking pets out which we didn't mind but never noticed a dedicated fenced in area. The unit comes with a storage closet in the parking area with beach supplies that was extremely handy. Communication with the owners was wonderful!!! Very timely and personalized with phone calls to discuss simple items. We found this to be above and beyond as most owners do not take the time to connect with renters on this level.The only reason we did not give the property a full 5 stars are the unit floors. We understand it's difficult to maintain the cleanliness of beach rentals. However, we have traveled to beaches all over the country/world for over 20 yrs. This is the 1st time the rental unit floors have been unsatisfactory. Within the first 30 minutes or so, our 15-month old grandchild had nasty black feet. It was an issue throughout our stay. Clearly the property needs a deeper, more thorough floor cleaning.Overall, the property is great! We had a very memorable family beach vacation. We look forward to other properties offered by the owners.

Most beautiful beach and perfect location.

Our stay was amazing. The unit we stayed in was immaculate and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with items needed to cook, which has never been the case at other locations I stayed at in Florida. Everything you need for the beach is also included from towels to beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and a wagon. Beach access is right across the street so it's a short walk to what I would consider the most beautiful beaches in Florida. The unit is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The view from the balcony shows off the beautiful sunsets and I loved sitting outside with my morning coffee. Zero complaints about our stay. Would like travelers to know that Bradenton and AMI is still in recovery from the last hurricanes they went through. I knew this going in and still chose to go bc I felt good about putting whatever money I spent into the local economy.

Our stay at Brandenton beach condo

The condo was spacious and well laid out. The views of the golf were beautiful and as the pictures showed. There is a nice balcony that has great views of the Gulf. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. The owner was accessible and responded quickly with any questions we had. The only reason we did not give it five stars was because it is located at a busy intersection where the main road to the Island is right next to the condo. As a result the traffic noise was a bit more than we would like. It was not just resident traffic but commercial traffic as well. So that was the only thing we did not like about it. It is located within walking distance of some nice restaurants.

Location and views!

This was my first time renting a condo and it was a wonderful experience. The listing was just as advertised. All of the information was accurate. The condo is a little dated, but I knew that as I didn’t want to pay double for the same experience. My neighbor and I brought our small dogs and found plenty of restaurants we could go to where they could dine in with us, as most have outdoor seating. Many restaurants within walking distance. The property was very quiet (some road noise, but couldn’t hear any neighbors). The location was amazing as it is right across the street from the gulf and each bedroom has a balcony to enjoy it. I recommend closing curtains when not in condo, as that will help the A/C run better. Easy to walk to beach every day and we always felt safe. Lots of local activities to do, and we saw dolphins in both the gulf and the bay. We took a sunset cruise with The Salty Dolphin. Captain Jack is Coast Guard Reserve now and times everything perfect. Overall, wonderful experience and location for a condo!

Building and condo need a face lift.

Well-stocked huge kitchen; new very large fridge and dishwasher. Every small apppliance one could ever want. Well-equipped ensuite bathroom but separate toilet room very old fashioned; same in 2nd bathroom with combination tub/shower and toilet in separate room. The plungers did not work in any of the 3 bathroom sinks. The owner was notified, a repairman was sent but nothing was fixed while we were there. The apartment is located on the corner of the busiest intersection on the island and is very noisy except between 2AM - 6AM. Never used either balcony because of the roar of traffic. The whole building is old and rundown. However, the pool is very large and well-maintained. The building is central to dining and activities which is a plus.
