WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
Keep all tires off the road.
Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES
High wildfire risk area!
No open fires.
No unattended fires.
No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

No open containers on roads or in common areas.

Leash always required when outside.
Clean up after your pets.
TRASH
Do not place trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.

*Private back patio with propane grill, propane fireplace, outdoor seating, and private wooded area behind house where wildlife abound (backs up to National Forest)
*Propane fireplace on the front porch
*Electric fireplaces on each deck
*Enjoy coffee/wine on the front balconies and enjoy the stunning mountain views
* High Speed WIFI/Netflix/HULU/Pandora
* Upgraded linens and mattresses for a comfortable night's sleep!
* Fully stocked kitchen with Granite countertops and tile backsplash, stainless appliances, eat in dining area. Hamilton Beach Drip Coffeemaker. We provide pots, pans, basic spices, toaster, blender, crockpot, and cooking utensils for any nights in.
*All towels, sheets, comforters included in the stay!
*Accommodates the fur babies ($35 per pet, per night fee)
*In addition to our PRIVATE INDOOR POOL, this property also gets access to community pool (summer months only--$6/pp fee at entrance)
* Please note that a valid ID from the primary guest and a signed rental agreement are required to finalize your reservation.
When making a reservation, please note this is making a reservation for BOTH homes which are side by side, for total of 12 bedrooms sleeping 32 people.
