Great Family Getaway

The house was a great location for our family to retreat for the week and spend some time together after the last year. The state beaches 5-minutes away entertained the kids. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and recreate.

Great weekend getaway with friends

Got to explore Tahoe’s natural beauty while having a a cozy and charming cabin to stay at with my friends. A friend of mine left their wallet and management quickly found it afterward and shipped it out to him. Would stay here again!

Tahoe ski trip

The home was perfect for our group of 6, everyone got their own bed, plenty of room for everybody and two parking space in front of the property. We stayed during a heavy week of snow and the plows did a good job keeping the roads safe

Great hosts

We were snowed out of Tahoe but they were kind enough to offer to help us with our insurance claim. Honest, caring hosts to us. Much appreciated.

Clean, decent place but some rules seemed a bit odd that we were not aware of until we got there.

Cozy Get Away!

Sibling and I took our parents to this location as a get away for the long weekend and we were not dissapointed. When we arrived we were amazed at how beautiful this place was. The binder was very helpful and informative. Drive up was tough due to snow but that didnt stop us from enjoying this place. Would definately return in the future.

Good with some issues.

The house was good, and it served its purpose very well. It was clean and close enough to all that Lake Tahoe had to offer. There were a few issues. There were only 2 shovels (1- snow shovel and 1-spade shovel), and a pail of rock salt that was barely filled. And by the time we figured that out it was too late because it snowed. Also in the info we were sent, it stated a plow would plow the street and parking spots. There was a plow that plowed the street at the early onset of it snowing. But we left for the day, only to come back to the street and the parking spots, not being plowed again. And it was probably another foot or so, that was on those areas. Of course it was on the final night of our stay, that this happened

It is a mixed blessing....everyone wants fresh powder to ski and board on (yay!) but we do have to be patient for snow removal by the county plows and the driveway plows for everyone to get serviced. But we are very happy to hear these guests found the shovel and icy melt that were provided and that they enjoyed their stay despite the snowy conditions!

Good property

Overall good experience. The only thing we would like to mention is the appliances ( especially the dryer) were old and not efficient.

Great place to stay!

The property was clean, good location and in a very nice area. We had a party of eight, plenty of room for all. Check in was easy and the information binder was very helper. We will definitely rent this property next time we visit Tahoe.

Nice, clean home

We had a nice stay, and enjoyed the fireplace. One of the twin bedrooms has a huge window that was boarded up. I was surprised we hadn't been told about this ahead of time. It took up almost an entire wall of the bedroom. It is unlawful to have a room without an egress window, and I felt nervous having my kid sleep in there.

Yes, the previous guest's child was jumping on the bed and fell into the window! Yikes. But good news is that the child was not injured but the window needed to be temporarily boarded up from the inside and the outside for safety reasons. We have ordered a new window and it is scheduled to be installed next week (1/24). We left this guest a note with this information about the window right next to their welcome gifts but perhaps they missed it? Fortunately the window company understood the urgency of this repair and moved us to the top of their list!

Very pleasant house

We had a wonderful 6-day vacation with our children and young grandchildren. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. Since we all love to cook, we thought that the kitchen was large and well equipped. The dining room is very bright, it's almost like being outside. The bedrooms were very clean, I hope we will come back.

Close To The Lake

We had a great time staying at the property, it's so close to the lake we could easily drive or walk or bike to the beach. The views of the lake from the deck are lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked with all sorts of utensils and cookware. As seen in the photos the furnishings are a bit outdated but that didn't bother us. Overall would recommend this place to others.
