The large oceanfront terrace has comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. The master bedroom has a KING sized bed, TV/cable, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has TWO TWIN bed, TV/Cable. Leo and staff were great and very responsive!Gave 4-star rather than 5-star because appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, and toaster) needed to be cleaned prior to use. Other than that, the condo was lovely. Would absolutely recommend as a great place to stay!

The unit was amazing, the atmosphere was so relaxed. Great views from the deck, we would definitely try and get back to enjoy another week. The host was responsive and accommodating to our requests.

Relaxing vacation at the Icon Vallerta

Great support from VRBO staff and Concierge at the property. 2 bedroom condo in. Building 2 was great. Love the wrap around balcony. The restaurant was great and good was excellent. We enjoyed services at the spa. This was my 2nd visit to the Icon. I will be back.

Breathtaking Views!

This property has amazing views from every room and is spacious and comfortable. We did not stay in the room much (since visiting friends who own in the building), but found it was the perfect escape and loved our morning breakfast on the balcony taking in the beautiful ocean views. In addition, the property is conveniently located with grocery, port, etc. nearby. The lobby attendants were also very helpful in securing taxis. The pool, beach, and everything else was safe, clean and convenient. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Can't beat that view! A lovely condo, comfortable beds and a beautiful location. Purified water dispenser was a great inclusion! Rangel & Leo were quick & easy to work with. Thanks for a fun weekend!

Wonderful Stay at the Icon!

Leo and Team were fabulous hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we definitely will be back. We love the location of the ICON. So close to the grocery, right on the beach and easy access to downtown (short taxi ride or nice long walk)! We loved the accommodations. Perfet for the four of us. The kitchen, living space, bathrooms were fantastic, but best of all... the views from the decks! Can't wait to come back and we're very appreciative of the responsiveness and care that Leo, Rangel and team provided. Highly recommend! Thank you!

What a 💎: Great place to stay!

My family and I had the most incredible vacation at Puerta Vallarta at Icon. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the stunning backdrop of the ocean, which was a captivating view from our condo. The layout of the condo itself was perfect for our family of four, two adults and two children aged 10 and 12. It felt spacious, and the two bedrooms and bathrooms, fully eat in kitchen, living room area, washer&dryer and dishawasher. Secure access to our room, so convenient. One of the standout features for us was the water filter in unit, which also provided hot water. This meant we didn’t have to worry about purchasing drinking water during our stay—a small but incredibly appreciated convenience that made our stay even better. A significant part of our positive experience was thanks to Leo, the property manager. He certainly made a difference in our vacation experience responding so quickly. Seeing the condo in person exceeded our expectations set by the online pictures, highlighting the spaciousness and beauty of the place that photos just couldn't capture fully. Overall, our stay at Icon, Puerto Vallarta was amazing. Every aspect of our experience, from the ocean views and fully equipped condo to the exceptional service provided by Leo, contributed to a vacation we’ll always treasure.

Condo stay with family

Working with the property manager was easy; Leo was helpful and responsive. The condo was great and well suited for a family of 4. There were plenty of linens and towels for our 6 night stay. It should be noted on the day of check out the elevator code provided does not work. As a result, I spent time stuck in elevator. I attempted to re enter code several times with no success. This was at 930 am when check out time was listed as 11am. Obviously, it was an uncomfortable situation that could of easily been avoided had I been aware.The property was well managed. It was a bit overwhelming for us in terms of the level of supervision. Although there is a "list" of rules provided there are also rules that we learned along the way. We were there with our children so were told, no throwing balls in one pool but we were allowed to throw in the other pool. We were then told we were throwing the ball to far. Also no drinking in the pool/hot tub (not even water), must have reservation for hot tub, time limits on cabana's. must walk on only certain parts of property, no towels on the ground, etc. This was all STRICTLY enforced which I am sure this is what condo owners prefer. As a guest, it was a bit much and felt constant.The food was excellent and staff and servers were extremely attentive and friendly.

A fantastic place for a family getaway - highly recommended

I will preface this review with some context so you can see our perspective on this property. We are a family with two kids- 6 and 5. We have been to Mexico before, but we were looking for something in between the overly sanitized ‘AI resort experience’ and the ‘fend-for-yourself’ unsupported short term rental. This place fit the bill perfectly - the right balance of the ability to seek out your own food and adventures with the convenience of a secure residence with facilities at your doorstep. From the time of booking it was easy to communicate with Leo. He sorted us out with the check-in instructions and we were able to get past security to our apartment with ease. We opted for an airport shuttle and took a pit stop at Walmart to stock up as we planned to mix up some home cooking with meals out. The Icon itself is only about 10 min from the airport and is within walking distance of decent shops and also facilities to book tours. The Icon is clean and modern, with 24h security and a helpful concierge. You get an arm-band and can come and go as you please via security. Easy to get Uber or whatever you want from the lobby. The facilities on site are great - two big warm pools that are directly in line with the spectacular sunset. There was never a rush for deck chairs in the morning, but it would fill during the day. We would wander down about 10am and never had a problem getting some. There’s poolside service with food and drinks, but we only used it a few times. You buy a
