This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home offers an additional den and 1715 Square feet. When you walk into the front door there is a nice entry way that leads to two bedrooms and a full bath towards the waterside of the home. One of the bedrooms has a King size bed and the other a Queen bed, both bedrooms have a wonderful view of Aransas Bay. There is also another bedroom toward the front of the house with 2 twin beds. There is a large patio out the back door where you will also find the private hot tub overlooking the water. There is a one car garage to put your beach and fishing gear. Upstairs are the Views, Views, Views! The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has plenty room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The large balcony off the living area has a nice table and chairs to sit and watch the water with a coffee or a cocktail. The master bedroom and bath are also on this level with an additional half bath. The master has a King size bed and the bath room is amazing. Soak in the oversized tub and watch your favorite show. This vacation home is brand new and in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to 6 restaurants and the Irish Pub is right next door. Be one of the first people to stay in the long awaited Seven Palms Resort!

Spring trip

The house was perfect and the location was amazing we enjoyed morning coffee with the beautiful views and having the Fulton pier walking distance was a plus. The house was well equipped the beds were very comfortable and the entire family enjoyed it

Moms Getaway

We were a group of 7 moms and this place was perfect. Plenty of space for all of us to sleep, hang out, and we loved that the kitchen table was big enough for us to play games comfortably.

House was great. We were very impressed with the property. Loved the hot tub and pool. Our kids felt the twin beds were not very comfortable but the other beds were fine. Liked that we could walk to some restaurants.

Boys Fishing Trip

Though we didn’t catch anything worth noting, we had a great trip. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. Master bath is incredible. While lounging in the pool looking out at the water you would think you were in the tropics(the ocean water was greenish this go around instead of the usual brown lol). Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and views

We had a great stay. The place in new with a patio, 2nd floor deck, hot tub and community pool. It was quiet for us all week and we enjoyed the direct view of the water and all the wildlife. House was clean and well stocked. Linens were provided. All furniture was new and comfortable. Looking forward to going back.

Great Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful trip with my son and his wife and the 2 grandsons (age 4 & 5). There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen area and living room was perfect for gathering for visiting and meals. I think the boys would have stayed in the pool the whole time if we had let them. We were able to have a day at the beach. We decided to go to Port Aransas so the boys could experience the ferry ride. We also had a day in Corpus Christi visiting the USS Lexington and the Texas State Aquarium. Those were easy 30 min drives. We would definitely go through Rockport Escapes again.

Summer vacation

We love the house , cleanliness and roomy. The town is very nice and easy access to the market if needed . The only suggestion that I would make is the swimming pool does not seem to be clean.

Weekend visit to Rockport

Property is across from the water with pretty views. Unit is big and very clean. Nicely provisioned but no extras like beach towels or hair dryers. Internet is available but can be spotty. Rooms are big and beds are very comfortable. Outside sitting area is nice with a table and four chairs. For a unit that have four bedroom living room seating is limited. Would recommend.

Perfect location, great property

We were in the area for the Babes on the Bay tournament and we could not have asked for a better location for our weekend trip. The house was all but across the street from the fair grounds, and easy access to the marina where we launched. The house itself is clearly well-maintained. It had all the amenities one would expect and then some! The beds were comfortable and it was a good layout for our party of 6 adults. We all had ample room. I asked one question of Nina during our stay, and her reply was prompt and professional. Very easy to work with! We’d love to come back to this property next year for the tournament.

The view was fantastic - the house clean and roomy. the lighted pier was in close proximity - along with shops and HEB. A few downsides - kitchen is not well stocked with pans - cheap small grill - from upstairs you are unable to keep an eye on the front and back doors (no safety locks if you have littles being all the secondary bedrooms are downstairs) - the wifi stopped working 30 minutes after arrival without any resolution over the 5 day stay - communication with management was sparse and without a resolution.

The only complaint was the little community swimming pool. Friday night a ton of vehicles showed up parking all over the road and partied in the pool until 2 am. I got no sleep. I dont think they were part of the neighborhood but rather pool crashers.

Relaxing moms & daughters getaway

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at our rental property. The home is beautiful with great amenities. The kitchen had all the tools needed for us to cook our meals. We were invaded by ants in the kitchen but the issue was promptly remediated to our satisfaction. We only used the pool once but the two children in our group enjoyed their evening swim with the pool all to themselves. There is a beautiful ocean view right across the street from the property. Overall we had a great experience.

Great location, nice amenities

The location of this property is perfect. There are great ocean views off the two back porches and it is close to multiple restaurants and shops. The home is newer construction and had a paint/wood smell, as well as construction dust on all of the floors, which wasn’t ideal. The hot tub in the back is nice but not private as there is a road right next to it. It is also not protected from the wind, so we did get a lot of water blown into our faces. We enjoyed the pool which is just a few steps outside the front door. We were there four days and never had to share it with anyone else. For the cost of the rental, I’d recommend adding a few things to make it a more comfortable stay, such as extra bath towels, pool/hot tub towels, throw blankets/pillows, patio furniture, grill, board games, etc.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was good, I would not recommend this rental for anyone with a boat (which we had). Parking it was very tight, but we managed. The rental was clean and it met our needs. The layout was a bit odd with bedrooms separated between floors. The master bedroom was a "hike" to the bathroom! I personally didn't like the design... not for fishermen but more for a family perhaps with a mom who likes the gigantic tub... all it all it was OK. Communication was very good. The location is excellent! Waterfront views and near restaurants.
