This two-story home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms with an open living & dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate loft area upstairs. Every bedroom is fully furnished with new linens, fabulous decor, and new flat-screen TVs. This home sleeps 8 people comfortably. Enjoy the outdoor features which include a private swimming pool, outdoor shower, picnic table & chairs, BBQ grilling area & a wrap-around balcony perfect for bay views and beautiful sunsets.

Are you a fisherman? Fish right off the dock or bring your boat as this home includes a boating dock, custom fish cleaning table equipped with water and electricity. With so many features this home offers you, you will quickly be telling your friends and family and preparing for your next trip back. You will love your stay here. Here are just a couple of things to consider when making your choice:

1. This home is strictly NON-smoking.

2. While we have and love dogs, we are not able to accommodate them or any other pets on the property. This home is a pet-free zone. If a pet is spotted on the property, you will be asked to leave immediately and lose any unused portion of your rent monies.

3. Sorry, we are unable to host weddings, events, or parties of any size/type. The maximum number of guests at any time is 8. If our manager sees more than 8 people at our home, you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit any unused portion of your rent monies.

4. Sorry but the boat lift is not included in the rental due to insurance requirements. You can, however, secure your boat on our dock. Please make sure that children do not handle the boat lift controls. Any damage caused to the lift or boat during your stay will be your responsibility.

5. Please know that during the summer the seagrass may accumulate at the end of the canal especially with strong Southeast winds. The POA does remove the grass when it gets really bad but they will determine the time-frame. Please understand that we cannot control the accumulation of the seagrass.

6. Our community does not allow fireworks at any time. Please do not use fireworks during your stay in our home. Should you be caught popping fireworks, the Property Owners Association will enforce a fine. If a fine is issued, you will be responsible for that fee.

7. Our house is on stilts and the front door is located on the second floor. Guests need to use the stairs to access the front door. We do not have an elevator.
