Cute bungalow in a semi-urban setting. Slightly off the beaten path, but very convenient to all of the Charleston area. A few miles from Firefly Distillery, Holy City Brewing, and Park Circle eateries. The apartment is one side of a DUPLEX with ample parking. Features king bed and full kitchen. Nestled in quiet and friendly neighborhood. Excellent for work travel, wedding guests, or any engagement that brings you to Charleston. I hope you come and enjoy.

Overall it was a very nice stay. The location seemed like not near the best area but the place itself seemed safe. We didn't have any issues. Communication was fantastic! Place was very clean. Bed was very solid, firm mattress, that's always a personal preference. If go back to that area would stay there again and would definitely work with owners again

The property was fine for the price. At times I felt I could smell dog urine. The set up is a little difficult if both people don’t get up or go to bed at the same time as the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. The neighborhood is industrial but access to Charleston was easy. Communication with host could have been better but she apologized and made it right. Overall it was fine for our stay.

Property was great, not perfect, but everything we expected and more, for the price. Immediate neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Surrounding neighborhood felt a bit sketchy after dark. We were 15-20 minutes from almost everything that we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was very neat and clean inside. The neighborhood was questionable and the host would return messages but not immediately. I had a lengthy stay there and would have appreciated some extra paper goods and toiletries. A package was placed inside the home by cleaners of a nearby unit while I was not there. That was extremely alarming!

The neighbor is an up and coming area. The house looks exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Close to Tanger Mall and Folly Beach. The host is very attentive and sweet. She answers your questions within a reasonable timeframe. When we visit Charleston again, we will definitely stay at this location again.

The property was immaculately clean and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed and was very convenient to the places we needed to visit. Loved that we could bring our dog! Communication with the host was smooth and professional throughout.

Perfect spot!

This is a really sweet place, just the right size for two people. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The condo is located in a cluster of small homes with a big grassy area next door, so was very quiet and private. We were delighted to find such a lovely setting in North Charleston! The host was easy to reach and took care of us. I hope we can stay here again!

Lots of potential but dirty

Unfortunately, the vrbo was dirty. There was something on the toilet seat and toilet paper in the toilet as soon as we walked in. The couch has suspicious stains. The mattress cover has suspicious stains. It’s such a cute little place and has so much potential and a convenient location. Just needs to be cleaned.

This host is extraordinary, Jamiee is awesome! The host prepared all the daily necessities for us, the shower was big and hot, it was so comfortable, better than a five-star hotel. As a travel expert, this is the first time I have encountered such meticulous and thoughtful service. We needed a cutting board, and the next morning we received the cutting board Jamiee ordered from Amazon. The host was responsive. The only disappointment was that we wanted to extend our stay for a few more days but were unable to do so because all the rooms were already booked. Thank you Jamiee for everything you did for us.

Really enjoyed the vrob. Location was excellent to highway to downtown Charleston, grocery, brewpubs. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved the porch spring. Clean and comfortable. Appliances in good working order. Lots of pots, pans, dishes and condiments for self cooking if one chose. My only suggestion is to have coffee whitner

A very affordable place to stay near Chaleston, SC

Our stray at Jaimee's house was wonderful and very affordable. The house was quite clean, with a very comfortable bed, in a very quiet neighborhood.But the number one reason we chose it was the price, it was very affordable compared to other Charleston VRBOs.Finally, communicating with Jaimee was great, When we had a question, she replied in a very timely manner. Much appreciated.

Cozy and convenient

This really is like 15 minutes from any and everything in the area in all directions. It was cozy and fully furnished with everything we needed for our 3 night stay.
