Each of the four bathrooms offers a walk-in shower (no tubs) for a spa-inspired experience. Inside, you'll find smart TVs in every room, high-speed WiFi, a selection of board games, and two sets of in-home washer/dryers for added convenience. Step outside and immerse yourself in a private paradise: an oversized pool enclosed by a fully screened lanai, a comfortable outdoor lounge and dining area with a gas grill, and a cozy fire pit by the water—perfect for sunset views. Security camera details: Ring door bell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat lift is not available for guest use and boat docking is not permitted. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
