Bienvenido a nuestra Villa en 'The Breakers'! Soy CHUCK - HILTONHEADSCRENTALS.

Esta villa bellamente remodelado tiene pisos de madera (área de estar y dormitorio) y azulejos (pasillo, cocina, baño), nuevo mobiliario, nuevo colchón de la cama principal, ventiladores en salón y dormitorio, excelentes electrodomésticos, muebles de cocina modernos y la parte superior de la línea de silestone vivir encimeras! Está en excelentes condiciones!

Este frente al mar directa Villa se encuentra en la primera planta y ofrece hermosas vistas y sin obstáculos del océano. La Villa está realmente elevada con vistas dinámicas de playa y mar. Muchos Villas del primer piso se sientan tan bajo que las dunas obstruyen completamente la vista. NO ESTA VILLA! Usted puede ver todo! Y ... Usted simplemente no puede estar más cerca! No ser confundido por "Vista al Mar" Villa de afirman ser Oceanfront. Nuestra villa es ABSOLUTAMENTE FRENTE AL MAR!

Su apartamento perfecto acaba de ser aún mejor! Camas incluyen un dormitorio principal con una cama doble, un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar y una litera (dos camas individuales) zona ubicada en el pasillo principal.

El complejo Breakers se compone de 120 unidades separadas en un complejo de tres plantas edificio. Sólo hay 45 unidades frente al mar directas en este complejo y usted estará en uno de ellos! Ubicado en el primer piso, no hay molestia de subir escaleras. Esta Villa está perfectamente situado para tomar ventaja de la verdadera vida frente al mar! También hay una piscina frente al mar impecablemente mantenida PLUS una piscina para niños, a pocos pasos de distancia. Todo ello rodeado de una amplia zona de terraza con tumbonas proporcionadas. TU OPINIÓN SIN EMBARGO NO SE vistas a la piscina o estacionamiento (JUST OCEAN), así que tienes privacidad, así como la conveniencia.

Breakers se encuentra en la popular zona de playa de bosque. Coligny Plaza, famosa por sus más de 60 tiendas y restaurantes se encuentra inmediatamente al otro lado de la calle. Una cantidad abundante de primera calidad isla campos de golf están a pocos minutos.

Esta unidad es una villa de no fumadores con no se permiten mascotas. 30% de depósito plus de garantía reembolsable (únicos huéspedes primera vez) necesarios para reservar. Great Location!

The location of this property is great…. Across the street from Cologne Plaza which has lots of great places to eat and shop plus grocery store. Unit is ocean front but if you’re sitting on the low chairs on the balcony, you can’t see it. It is visible from inside the unit though. The bed was super comfy, kitchen had all you needed for cooking. The unit needs some TLC. Fresh paint, patch some places up and upgrade the patio furniture to high top table and chairs to be able to see the ocean while sitting out there. Chuck was great to work with. We would consider staying here again.

Breakers 115 in Hilton Head Island

We stayed very comfortably at Breakers in 2013 and it is why we returned in 2019 renting from two different owners each time. Both stays were very satisfactory. Breakers is set in a great vacation location. Units at Breakers are truly walking distance to many restaurants and shops all in a lovely area ideal for strolls along the beach and around the local area. We didn't get to rent bikes, but saw many people who did and we would like to do that if we are blessed to return in the future! Chuck was who we rented unit 115 from this time around. He is very accessible by phone, email or text - responding promptly to any concerns or questions. We definitely would recommend this location for anyone looking to stay right on the beach in Hilton Head Island, as we would definitely hope to return one day!

Great location!

This villa is in a GREAT location! Truly oceanfront, great pool and beach access. Walk right to Coligny. Villa was clean and well maintained. Owner was a pleasure to work with. Has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, which was very helpful for our family of 5. Loved the key less entry! Only suggestion I would make is for some hooks to be installed in the hall or bedroom, for some extra storage for towels etc. We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children (ages 10, 7 & 7) and this was a perfect fit for us. This was our 4th visit and we had a great week on Hilton Head and will be back!

Great Place!

Our family spent a fantastic week in 115 Breakers. Working with the owner could not have gone more smoothly. The Villa was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The view of the Ocean was fantastic! All in all... everything was as advertised which was a plus! Thank You Chuck. You were a pleasure to work with and we will be back!

We were very pleased with the location of our condo at The Breakers. It was very convenient to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The condo was well stocked, bed was comfortable and had great view of the ocean. The owner, Chuck, was very professional and made the rental process so easy. We recommend The Breakers and plan a return visit.

Wonderful!

Breakers was the perfect condo for my sister and me! We arrived to find a clean and well-maintained "home away from home". We loved the private oceanfront view and the convenient location of the crystal-clear pool. Coligny Plaza, with its quaint shops and restaurants, is literally steps away from the condo. The owner, Chuck, was very accommodating and made sure the rental process went smooth and problem free. We can't wait to stay here next summer!

Our 1st visit

We loved staying @ The Breakers! It was out 1st visit & we couldn't have asked for a better location-right across from Coliginy! The condo itself was cute & clean and had a great view of the ocean-it was perfect for my family of four! Chuck himself was great to work with-even took the time to talk to me when I was booking the condo to clarify some questions I had!

Loved the location!

We stayed for a week during the 4th of July holiday. We loved the location as it was right on the beach and across the street from Coligny Plaza (restaurants, shops, grocery store). Chuck, the owner, quickly responded to all questions and emails prior to our trip. His diligence and hospitality were greatly appreciated.

Great stay!

I spent the President's Day Weekend at Breakers 115 with my mom and my aunt. The accommodation was everything we needed. The ocean front location offered a great view of the ocean, and the villa was clean and well-stocked with linen and dishes, etc. Chuck was even able to get us a second parking pass since we drove to HHI from different locations.

Great villa!!

Fantastic location with a wonderful view. Everything was as advertised and the villa is well-stocked with everything you need! Love that it had a washer and dryer! You couldn't get a better deal on the beach with all the restaurants and shops across the street. Really appreciated Chuck stopping by on Sunday and making sure everything was ok. Definitely would recommend this for couples and/or families with small children. We'll definitely be back!
