Siasconset, or 'Sconset for short, is a village on the far east end of the Island of Nantucket. Sconset is a place for escape and relaxation. Here you will find sea breezes and the quant village center that has a market, sandwich shop and other restaurants and commerce. Early Nantucket settlers came here to escape Town and enjoy a simpler way of living. And it doesn't take long for today's visitors to figure out why, centuries later, travelers and residents alike are still absconding to the village.
