Charming beach house located in desirable area of Oak Island, 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, room to park your boat, 2 min drive to municipal waterway boat ramp, 10-minute stroll to the beach, walking distance to shops and parks, 15 min drive to historic Southport and Caswell Beach lighthouse.
Our charming beach piling house in Oak Island is not only in an amazing location that's just a short walk to the beach, but it's also just a 2-minute drive to the boat ramp on the Intercoastal Waterway. Whether you're here to fish, sail, or just enjoy the water, you'll have easy access to everything you need to make the most of your stay.
In addition to its proximity to the beach and waterway, our home is also within walking distance of shops, parks, and other local attractions. You'll find plenty of opportunities to explore the area, whether you're strolling through the quaint shops and boutiques, or taking a leisurely walk through one of the many nearby parks.
And if you're looking to venture a bit further afield, you'll be happy to know that our home is only a 15-minute drive from both the charming town of Southport and the historic Caswell Beach lighthouse. These are two must-see destinations for anyone visiting the area, and you'll have easy access to both of them from our central location. You will be approximately 20 minutes to the ferry in Southport which will take you over to Fort Fisher. There you can enjoy the local attractions such as the aquarium, the Carolina Beach boardwalk or if you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle, you can enjoy a drive on the beach.
