Hosted by Catered Stays Rentals, we’re all about creating the perfect guest experience! Bring your pup and unwind just minutes from scenic trails, beautiful beaches, and local wineries. Take advantage of complimentary e-bikes, pickleball paddles, and a short stroll to the beach!

A modern condominium complex that seamlessly blends urban living with natural beauty. Built in 2021, the units feature contemporary designs with premium finishes, private balconies, elevator access, and on-site parking. The complex is conveniently located near West Bay, the TART Trail, and downtown Traverse City, offering easy access to beaches, shopping, and dining options.

Please be aware that this is a pet-friendly rental. We have dogs coming through on a regular basis to enjoy Judes Respite. Though we have an exceptional cleaning team, folks with severe allergies or health conditions that may be related to animals should consider renting elsewhere, as even with thorough cleaning, we cannot guarantee non-reaction.

Perfect for families with dogs!!!

Absolutely perfect place to stay in TC, especially if you have dogs! Our teens loved the Dairy Lodge right downstairs and hung out there for a nice ice cream treat and meeting new friends each evening. The dog park is right next door and was a huge hit with our little doggies. Beach is just down the street-- easy to bring supplies (the provided cooler, beach blanket, and paddleboards were such a nice touch!) for a beautiful day of relaxation. Front Street is just a few blocks away for fun shopping and delicious food. We really appreciated the suggestion to go on the Empire Trail, which was an easy, fun, and rewarding hike with spectacular views. Andrew and his family are lovely hosts and super responsive. They truly thought of everything in the well-appointed and immaculate unit. We can't wait to return!!

They thought of everything!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is beautiful, and the hosts went to great lengths to anticipate every need. It truly was pet friendly. The only drawback for this property is the parking space is very small for a full size SUV. If there are people parked on either side of you, you will have a difficult time entering or exiting your vehicle. There is ample street parking all around that may be more accommodating.

Perfect!!!

Our stay was for three nights, booking last minute. What a GREAT find! Place was spotless, with everything we could need and then some! Kitchen completely stocked , beds were very comfy. We did not need, but they even had a dog leash, bowls, and toys. We took the ebikes on the TART trail 10 miles up stopping at a couple wineries. Such a great day and so thankful for the use of the bikes! Communication was easy and prompt. Hope to return next year.

Excellent Condo!

Absolutely loved Judd’s Respite. It was the perfect location to the beach, downtown and to take my two dogs for a walk in a great neighborhood. The condo was extremely clean, well appointed, modern, and comfortable. The exterior building has security door and key pad entry into the condo which made us feel safe.My teenager loved that he could walk anywhere and especially loved being so close to slab town burgers and having the dairy lodge right downstairs. He also loved the acoustic guitar and played it constantly.I would definitely stay here again and didn’t want to leave — it felt like home. The owners thought of every detail and were responsive and friendly.Traverse City is delightful and staying here made my family’s vacation even more memorable!
