Please read booking requirements and house rules before booking. All the charm of the mountains with the convenience of being near Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and the Smokies. We would love to have you as our guests. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy the indoor pool (10x16 ft, ~5 ft at the deepest, pool temp around 83˚F). Pool has a dedicated bathroom! It has a locked keypad entry for safety. House and pool towels provided. For your safety, the hot tub is drained and sanitized before your arrival, so it may not reach the desired temperature on the first evening. Fire up the charcoal grill right off the porch for nightly barbecues. The deck *electric* fireplace area is perfect for relaxing and conversation. The entertainment and game room offer endless options for guests of all ages. The room is equipped with a 75 inch Roku TV and comfortable seating to enjoy movies or binge-watch your favorite TV shows. The game room features an air hockey table, foosball table, arcade, and a table for games to keep everyone entertained.

A generous, well-equipped modern kitchen is open to the living room for interaction while cooking and serving. The dining area offers seating for 8 people. There is additional table seating on the deck outside the living room. . Starter pack of dish soap, dish tabs, bar soaps, and trash bags, and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) are provided. You may purchase more at local stores depending on the length of your stay. We do not provide any dry goods in the pantry or laundry detergent.

Each of the 3 bedrooms is tastefully decorated and equipped with comfortable beds and linens to ensure a good night's sleep. There are 4 bathrooms.

Roads to this mountain cabin are 100% paved. Along with the beautiful views, there are some winding turns and areas where the road narrows. Paved parking right outside the front door can easily accommodate 3 cars. The entry road and driveway are moderately steep, and trailers are not allowed. Surrounding woods are steep and not suitable for play area.

Rest easy in knowing our goal is to provide you with a clean, welcoming home. We've hired the best inspectors, cleaners and maintenance teams we can find. Because of this quality-driven commitment, we do not offer discounts for housekeeping or maintenance issues. If you discover an issue, let us know, and we will deal with it ASAP. Sometimes a detail gets overlooked or a problem arises (this is a house after all, and things do break), so please understand that.

In order to rent this property:
Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
● Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
● Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
● Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
● Credit card and Signed agreement must be in Booking Guest's name In other words, ALL 3 of these must be in the SAME NAME. (Example: IF it is your VRBO account, you cannot use your mother-in-law's credit card.)
● Security HOLD of $500 is required. The hold will be held 1 day before your stay and released 5 days after.

Your booking is TEMPORARILY HELD for 24 hours after you book. Within 24 hrs of booking, renter is required to sign and submit rental agreement and provide scan/photo of Government ID that matches method of payment or your booking will AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL. We use a web-based system called OwnerRez, and you'll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security HOLD (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. This temporary hold will cover any potential damages or fines, which is released if no damages occur upon inspection. Please note, we do not accept Affirm, Pay-Pal, or any "buy now, pay later" methods.

It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you purchase travel insurance and REVIEW our Cancellation Policy prior to booking your stay.

This property is in the Great Smoky Mountains. There is wildlife here! Some of it may be dangerous. Be aware that native wildlife includes bears, snakes, raccoons, skunks as well as insects that may bite or sting. We maintain a regular pest control service, but neither they nor we can guarantee you will not encounter wildlife outside or inside. Please remember to close the doors! No Trailers or RVS allowed. Driveway has no room for trailers/RV turnaround.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of 10 guests (includes infants, children and visitors). Any evidence of guests above the 10 person maximum occupancy may result in eviction of the whole group without refund.

No fires allowed at the property other than the BBQ grill. Fires of any other kind at the property can result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Deck fireplace is *electric* for this reason.

This property features exterior surveillance cameras. These devices may be recording audio and video 24/7. They do not face into living areas, pool or hot tub. Covering, unplugging, or tampering with cameras and/or internet Wi-Fi related equipment will result in $250 fine.
