We had a great time. The check in/out process was easy as can be. The golf cart was awesome as well. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We are yearly visitors and will definitely be back!

First time in Destin

We came down to Sandestin for Cheerleading Nationals. The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the golf cart (it’s a must at the resort) The area is fantastic and a small 2 min drive in a cart to the beach. They had beach stuff for us to use and even fishing gear. We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Vacation!!

We stayed here with our three small children and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was very clean and came with plenty of towels, soap, paper products, etc. It also included all the essentials in the kitchen! The location was great and very close to the heater pool. Our kids were obsessed with the golf cart!! We rode it to the beach, pool, grocery store, shops, restaurants and more. We highly recommend you stay here for your next vacation!

Construction a plenty!

The location and golf cart was great. Our unit was under construction which meant all views of the water were obstructed by scaffolding and workers form 7a-5p, which meant we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy reasons. It was very claustrophobic and dark in the unit, while spending just our brief time there In between beach and pool outings. The workers could get a bit noisy as well. We were told after booking that there would be construction and the price was reduced for that but this was excessive.

Great property and location

Went for a conference but brought my family. The view of the marsh from the back porch was amazing. Location is close enough to the wharf and pool. The golf cart when visiting Sandestin is a must, as we go every year and learned this early on. Glad we stayed here but be aware that there is a condo above this one so you may get some heavy footed neighbors.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. We go to Sandestin about twice a year and love the location and view from this unit. Also, the golf cart was by far the best we have used from all of our previous trips. The unit was clean, owner was very responsive and they had everything needed in the condo. Only thing was we could hear the people above when they walked around. We brought noise canceling machines for at night which did the trick to a good night sleep. The beds were so comfortable too! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great vacation getaway to the beach.

Comfortable bed in Master bedroom has a very comfortable bed with a beautiful view of the bay. Plenty of cookware to cook up what your family wants. The 6 seater golf cart was the best and made getting around Sandestin and Baytown fun & convenient! The Grand Blvd is next door to Baytown & easy to get to in the golf cart or car.

Nice Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay but there were a few frustrating instances. We didn’t realize when we rented that the unit was a downstairs unit to another unit that was two floors above us. A large family stayed from Monday to Saturday and it was exceptionally loud. From 5 am until about 11 pm daily there was constant running and moving furniture. Obviously not the owners fault, but had we known the circumstances we may not have rented a downstairs unit. The ice maker never worked while we were there. When we arrived in the unit the sliding glass door was open along with the window to the patio. The temperature in the unit was very warm for a few hours. The ceiling fan in the front bedroom was so loud we turned it off and used a floor fan for the kids. I would also recommend turning down the hot water heater. The temperature was very hot. The last suggestion I would make is to fix the main sliding door. It is very difficult to open and close. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the view over the marsh into the bay. The location is ideal due to its central location. I would recommend the property, with a few disclaimers. Thank you for a good week. Make sure you bring trash bags as the unit had 1 bag and we had to buy more.

Management company was quick to respond to messages. Unit was clean and well maintained. Golf cart didn’t hold charge and wasn’t very useful since it couldn’t stay charged to get to the beach and back. Unit itself was located in a good spot on the resort and had a great view.
