Sun Kiss Villas- steps from the beach with pool!

Sun Kiss Villas is a side by side duplex home with pool and just few steps from the beach!
A perfect place with ample space for large families or group of friends who want to stay at the same place but might want to have some privacy:)
If you are looking for beach vacation, you will be in the great spot.
The beach by our house is never overcrowded, sometimes even feels like private beach!
Come enjoy calm and warm waters of the Golf with white sand and great shelling or lounge by the pool!
Our house is a side by side double with the same layout in both units with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath in each, as well as fully equipped kitchens and patios. Second floor in both units also have loft areas with extra sleeping space and large balconies.
4 bedrooms have kins size beds, one has two full size and one has a single over full bed. 4 full size bathroom and two laundry rooms.
One our favorite spots to hang out are out enclosed patios, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the water.

Please note, the island of Fort Myers Beach sustained drastic damage from Hurricane Ian back in September of 2022. Many houses were lost and the island is on it's way to recovery.
Many restaurants and places of water activities are open in full capacity and some came back as food trucks for time being. Supermarket Publix is open and only 2 min drive from the house, the CVS pharmacy is only minute away in other direction.
