Welcome to the Boho Desert Retreat where flares of bohemian lifestyle meet the Desert. Saltwater Resort Pool under the sun provides you the ultimate VIP experience. Evening calls for a relaxing spa, cozy fire pit and a breathtaking sunset. Have fun in the game room day or night. Enjoy tranquility at its best.

Each bedroom has its own unique hues of color and inviting decor. When you're ready to gather the group enter the open concept living room/dining room/kitchen area, which boasts an impressive array of bohemian tones. The colorful kitchen is a wow factor, and it is fully stocked with everything you need to create your favorite meals during your stay or just order in.

Master bedroom offers an elegant and colorful power wall adorning the room along with a dreamy King size bed, walk-in closet, ensuite full bathroom and double sink vanity. Lastly, the master bedroom couch pulls out to a twin futon with its designated mattress cushion and bedding.

2nd bedroom has an equally comfortable Queen size bed suitable for any king or queen, along with a large closet and views of the pool.

3rd bedroom has a cozy Full bed and a Twin bed suitable for all.

4th room, also known as the Gameroom, has its own ensuite full bathroom, along with 1 Twin bed and 2 couches that pull out to comfortable twin futons with designated mattress cushion, bedding, en-suite bathroom, wet bar, mini refrigerator, pool table, cocktail table arcade game with 60 classic games and a variety of boardgames.

**POOL/SPA HEATING FEE**

Please do not tamper with the pool/spa equipment, tampering will result in a fine to reprogram, reconnect and any heating costs incurred as a result. All heating is remotely controlled by owner/management.

Pool heating is normally not needed between May - September.

Charge of $125/day to heat the pool (spa included); spa ONLY is $35/day. Heating is scheduled for maximum 5 hours/day for each pool and spa separately. Please give us at least 24 hour notice to have the pool heated ahead of time, along with your time preferences. We only need a few hours notice for spa only.

Pool temp can be set up to 82 degrees, and spa up to 102. The temperature will vary depending on winds, weather and climate, and the pool may not feel quite as warm during cold weather.

No refunds after pool/spa have been heated.

Pool man arrives once or twice per week and may arrive for a quick clean during your stay.

Long term stays of 28+ days or more offer a separate rental agreement.

**POOL SAFETY**
WARNING No lifeguards on duty, please swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool/spa area and backyard. 

For child safety and protection, we also have door and window sensors that can be turned on during your stay. In addition, there are lockable gates that lead to the pool.

Potential danger to any person swimming with health risks, intoxicated, using drugs, or while pregnant. By booking your reservation you agree to be fully and solely responsible for any and all accidents you, your friends and family may incur. Checkout: Checkout is at 11 AM. If you require a late checkout, please reach out in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Late checkout without prior agreement will incur a fee.

Check-in: Check-in is at 3 PM. If you require an early check-in, please reach out in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. A fee may vary depending on availability.
Checkout tasks: Strip the beds and leave ONLY used sheets/blankets on the bedroom floor.
Place used towels on the bathroom floor.
Return all furniture and items (including the pool key) to their original locations.
Turn off lights, fans, and thermostat.
Take out the trash to the bins (the game room door leads to the trash bins).
Remove lounge chairs and inflatables from the pool.
Lock all doors and windows.
Who likes rules, right?....but they’re here to make sure everyone has a safe, relaxing time. We promise, with these in place, you’ll still have a fantastic stay! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
