Location for MY needs was excellent. The neighborhood was safe, easily accessible by car, and central for shopping. The house was neat and clean.

Great stay

Stayed her on a mini family trip enjoyed the property. The neighbor is friendly and the property manager is great with communication and fast replies. The place has most things we needed for our trip so that was great as well.

Perfect for a long weekend

We recently stayed for a long weekend. The house was perfect . Kitchen and living room were large and stocked with necessities. Roomy bedrooms , pool was clean. Would definitely stay again!

Great getaway!

The rental was everything the description in VRBO stated. Clean, roomy, every amenity you can think of was provided, close to everything. Sandria is very attentive and responsive in all requests. Wish I would have met her in person. Jim, the next door neighbour was also great! I would definitely recommend this rental.Thanks Sandria for making us feel at home! Hope to be back soon.

Good choice

Excellent property but needed havr a better equipped in kitchen. Lacked basic cooking utensils, cookware and storage. Location excellent and unit very clean.

I am not certain what happened. Everything you mentioned missing was provided. All the necessary utensils, pots, plates and bowls were there. Did you have problem finding them? If you had messaged me I would have told you where in the cabinets to find them.

Perfect place for a quick get away!!

Our first night we arrived kinda late due to our flight and we had a tough time locating the house. I was able to contact the manager around midnight and she answered right away and guided us to the property. It was very cute and clean! There were plenty of linens for our stay and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was so relaxing!! We didn't get to use the pool because it was chilly and it rained a lot but the back area was secluded and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home if you chose to stay in and lots of restaurants nearby if you go out. I highly recommend this location for your stay, you will be very pleased.

Easy to find, nice location. It is an older home but clean and has everything you need. We chose this property because of so many reviews that said the beds were soft and comfortable and were not disappointed, slept great! We unfortunately had no hot water for two of the three day stay. I reprted this on the 2nd day (thought maybe the first day was a one-off) and a new hot water heater was installed that day, very timely response. Unfortunately that took awile and we had to change our evening plans because of this. I was a little disappointed because Sandria's husband said he felt sure she would be in touch to offer some compensation for these things but that didnt happen. Overall, nice place and very responsive host.

Stay Extension Issue

The location was great and property good for the current needs. I extened the stay for an additional week. It was confirmed and billed as requested. On Easter Sunday the first day of the extension, when returning from coffee I was locked out. It was after 3PM before the lock was reset. It interrupted the day's plans as I could not access the property. I would like a refund of 1 day that I was locked out. I realize not all stays are extended so this is not a typical situation, but it did occur in this case.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience. The lock was actually activated at 1:30 pm and not 3pm as stated in your comment. I was in church and did not notice the message until service was over. You are correct, it was not the usual circumstance as your stay was extended and I forgot to extend the date on the lock.

Amazing Sleeping Experience! Great hosts!!

Good beds make the stay! For us, it’s all about the beds because if we’re not sleeping well, the rest becomes more difficult. Both queen beds had solid, sturdy frames, great mattresses, and 3” Costco memory foam toppers, which made for perfect sleeping! We prefer a softer surface for older hips and shoulders. The toppers could easily be removed if a more firm surface was desired. The home is basic but very functional with the stove, dishwasher and microwave. All worked great. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Couch was comfy and the huge TV had good sound and came with Netflix which we really appreciated. Gorgeous white marble flooring. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and well cared for. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Easy to get around and a quick drive to anything needed. Our host was responsive and went above and beyond. Would happily stay here again and plan to book again next year!

We stayed here for 4 nights in Feb while we checked out a college for our daughter. Pros: location is accurately listed as only a few miles from beautiful Lauderdale by the Sea public beach. The beach is great with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean enough. There was a cockroach in one of the bathrooms when we arrived, but it’s Florida, so that’s not uncommon for a one level place. The kitchen was nice.Cons: we did have to reach out to the property owner to get the code to the door, BUT the property manager was quick to respond for this and other needs. The pictures of the place are accurate but showcase the place as nicer than it is. The pool isn’t heated (which the listing didn’t claim to be, but just fyi) so we didn’t use it, and the pool area as well as the rest of the house was a bit run down and could use many updates..The neighborhood was not the best, only one road off of the main drag so there were sirens heard throughout the night and the whole neighborhood was rundown and didn’t feel like a vacation spot. But, you get what you pay for, and in general again, the place was generally clean and felt safe enough. We probably wouldn’t stay here again, honestly, but on a budget, it was fine.

I am sorry you felt that the neighborhood was run down, but I must say it is a fairly nice neighborhood, and the unit is newly renovated. Also the property and the back yard is exactly as shown—there were no enhancements to the pictures. The listing never compare the property to a resort. I take pride in the cleanliness of the space and that I can guarantee. Maybe your expectation was too high.
