Welcome to Sea Glass. Located in the 300 Ocean Mile community on the East End, just steps away from the beach and the state park. Multiple upgrades made in 2024 - including new electric stove, dishwasher, under sink water filter, living room and dining room furniture. New interior doors and rooms have been freshly painted. Fully equipped kitchen with a stackable washer and dryer located inside the unit. Luxury king-sized bed in the bedroom and brand-new (2024) queen-sized pullout sofa bed in the living room. One bathroom and an outdoor shower at the unit entrance. Beautifully landscaped beachside community with two pools. Park-style charcoal grills available in the pool area. Sand chairs and umbrellas available for guest use. Pet friendly with no extra pet fees (2 dogs max, no size limit.)

Wonderful!

The location is perfect! We stayed for a family vacation after my son’s graduation from FSU. The beach access is convenient, the home is very nice and Niki is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this home!

Very clean, close to beach

I was very impressed with the response of the host, the place was clean and perfect for the dog and myself. Neighbors were very friendly and quiet. Stayed 2 months in Feb and March. I absolutely would recommend this place.

Perfect Getaway! Dog Friendly!

Most relaxing vacation ever! Very convenient for our corgi!! The sand is cool to the touch even in direct afternoon sun. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owner is quick to respond to questions. We will be back!!

Best of Relaxing

This was such a great place. It had everything we could need. We love a quiet place, and this community was fantastic. It was quiet, people were respectful, and just felt so much peace. We loved the layout of the condo. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The bed was so comfortable. We will be booking this condo in the future.

Great place!

The condo was great! The beach chairs were a nice touch to have on hand. Highly recommend. The owner was really responsive to questions. Would stay here again.

The owners of this property have thought of absolutely everything you could need for your beach stay. The condo is spotless. Bed and furniture very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. They even supply beach towels and a hair dryer! Also had beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. there for guest use. We have been coming to St. George Island for over 35 years. This is by far the best rental we have had. We will definitely stay here again and I will not have to bring most of my stuff from home with me!!

Beach get-away

Condo was beautiful with a beach theme. Very clean and spacious with plenty of household supplies so that you don't run out. Pool is clean, outside property maintained, lots of cameras on the property to maintain safety. Beach is soft white sand, with the beautiful blue water, you feel like your in the Bahamas but didn't have to spend the money. Would definitely go back.

Great for a 3 Day Weekend

This was our first stay in these condos and won't be our last. Access to the pool and beach was super close and easy to get to. The home was spacious and there were plenty of towels. The bed was super soft and slept like a dream! We will be back!

Amazing Location!

We had an amazing time at Sea Glass! The condo was cozy, and the location was unbeatable. My kids loved the centrally located pool, and we felt a great sense of community and friendliness from both permanent residents and guests. My son even found a pen pal! We would definitely return.

Fabulous

Niki and Michael have a very nice townhouse, that is very well maintained. The unit is really nicely decorated with beautiful views of the ocean and is right across from one of the two pools. My husband, dog and I spent 5 nights there and really enjoyed ourselves.We will definitely be back 🤗

I love this unit. It is very well taken care of. If you want to rent it, please do the owner and the rest of us renters the favor of keeping it clean, carefully using the items that the owners have thoughtfully left for us to use and if it's not yours, don't take it with you when you leave the property. This is a place that you will want to return to over and over again.

My wife and I rented the condo for a couple nights and everything was PERFECT! Great communication with owner. Seamless check in. Condo had everything we needed. We’ve stayed at other ocean mile condos before before the sea glass is now our favorite! You can sit on balcony and actually see the beach and ocean! We can’t wait to go back and stay longer!

Loved it!

We have been coming to St. George Island for years. My wife and I came down a couple days early before the rest of the gang arrived for the week. Sea Glass was perfect for us, very clean and cozy. Everything was exactly as was described when we booked the place. I had one small issue, and reached out to Nikki, and she immediately called me back and the issue (thermostat) was taken care of. Very happy with our two night stay, will likely stop again next year!

I have been visiting since I was a child and have a lot of family in North Florida and South Georgia. My favorite thing to do at SGI is sit on the beach watching the sun rise, the dolphins swim, the pelicans dive, and the sun set! My partner, Michael, loves shore fishing from the beach with a cigar and a beer! We hope you enjoy our home and SGI as much as we do!
