By booking this home, you agree to the county rental laws and the following house rules. Failure to comply with any of the items below may result in eviction with no refund.
We don't like doing it, but to maintain our owners' rental permits, sometimes it's necessary.
The vast majority of our guests have no issue, but every once in a while, we do get a rowdy group. We do our best to communicate with you long before it leads to an eviction so please have your booking cell phone on you during your stay. Message us if you have any questions or concerns, and we appreciate your understanding on the matter

Strictly no hot tub use after 10 pm

9pm - 8 am is the county's quiet time for all rentals.
Trash goes into the bear box only and is not to be left outside.
We cannot accommodate extra guests or host parties.
4 Cars ONLY, No extra cars, no parking on the street OR on the dirt.
No smoking on the premises and especially no flicking cigarette butts.
No open flame fires, fireworks, bonfires, etc - due to high fire risk.
No yelling, blasting music, fighting, or other loud noises that could disturb the neighbors.

No, the pool is not heated; it is about 70 to 75°F year-round. It can not be heated. The hot tub is 102°F.

This house has an exceptional wastewater plumbing setup. If you and your guests are responsible for the overflow, we will charge you for the resulting plumbing costs. ONLY Tolit paper should be flushed. Garbage disposals are NOT FOR FOOD. DO NOT grind up trash and send it down the sink. Pool can be heated but it is an extra 100 dollars per day to heat the pool and please request in advance .
