Excellent condo

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The host made the entire process so simple and it was roomy enough for all 8 of the adults to enjoy our time and the beautiful view! The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. The master bed was amazing and so comfortable. Would definitely recommend for your family or group! Very nice!

The unit was great! The perfect space for my family of 5. Unfortunately the elevators were always full and anywhere from a 5 to 10 minute wait. Walking 13 flights of stairs with small children was not something we were expecting.

This was a super easy process. Everything is all in one spot which makes it so easy to not have to leave and go out anywhere.

Great location and amenities but not up to my cleaning standards.

We had a great time with friends if you didn’t want to leave the property you wouldn’t have to there is several amenities including pools the beach restaurants nail salons and many others. On the down side the beds were not comfortable at all the kitchen barely stocked with cook wear the cabinets and walls were filthy and we had to wash dirty dishes and put them away from the guests before us this is a property management issue not owner since our friends had to do the same in their condo over all it was a great time but definitely need to get a better cleaning company.

Family Spring Break Trip

The condo was really nice and clean. The layout of the condo was great. The bunk area was nice where it was located. The kitchen was great with the large island and big refrigerator. The master bedroom and bathroom were very nice. There are a few things that need attention. The bed in the guest room was not comfortable. The box spring is broken causing the mattress to have a dip in it. The sofa bed was also not comfortable and possibly needs fixing because it sank causing the couch cushions to sink as well when you sat on it. Also the WiFi was not working during our stay. When we arrived we could not find carts to bring our stuff up and were told there were not any so that was quite the hike from where we had to park to our condo. We had to make many trips. Other than that, we enjoyed our time there.

Very disappointed

We checked into our room at 4 pm. It was nasty. It had not been cleaned from the guest before. I had to call them and stay on hold for almost an hr just to be told sorry and it would be about 3 more hrs before it would be cleaned. Finally, after getting in at around 7:30, we showered and went to eat. After returning we realized the kitchen sink hadn’t even been wiped out, there was still broken dry pasta on the counter from the previous guest, and the carpet had not been vaccumed. It was very disappointing and frustrating. Left a bad feeling the entire stay just wondering about the cleanliness of everything .

Just ok.

The property was really nice. There wasnt a lot of seating. The picture showed a couch and a loveseat, they had a couch and only 1 arm chair. Also they host didn’t have a lot of household items like extra paper towels, they had absolutely no hand soap. They also didn’t have a lot of cookware. We had only 3 forks. They didn’t have any hand towels to dry dishes with. The bedding was not comfortable. There were no extra blankets. The blankets they did have were basically like sheets. They also had a repair man for the dishwasher that came and we were not made aware ahead of time. We just so happened to be in the room.
